My Only Exception

Chapter 18

"Katie, I am not going to a party. You know thats not my kind of thing" 

"Dating isnt your kind of thing either, but looks like your doing that" 

I knew what she meant. There was more depth to that statement than what Louis would have thought, if he had even heard. 

"Whatever Katie, im not going. Can we just stay here and do soemthing" I plead

"Come on Ange, Live a little, be a teenager" She says giggling 

"I Can 'Live-a-little'  While I stay home, I have been to enough parties already this summer, Katie"

" Ange, you only went to like two"  She laughs

"I dont care, Im not going and thats finale" 

"Fine, well do you mind if I go and then come back?, I will go with bryon and I should be back by ten"

"Okay, what time are you leaving?"

"Around six maybe" 

I look at Louis and he is completly oblivious to our entire conversation. 

"Its almost two now" Katie says before resting back on the couch 

"Louis, Katie is leaving at six to go to a party and she will be back at ten. Will you stay here with me, until she gets back?"  I say as I snap my fingers to get his attention

"Oh, umm yea. I can stay here longer if you want" He says wrapping his arms around my waist and leaning his body on mine so that I fall onto the coushin

I dont answer, I instead wrap my arms around his neck and pull him in to kiss me, Not to be cute, but because I really didnt know the answer so I needed to make a distraction. 

"Aww, You guys are too cute" Katie gushes 

I break away from the kiss and wrap my legs around Louis, Who is now between them, laying his head on my stomach. My heart is currently beating a million times a minut. Its not the same type of nervousness that I felt when Louis and I had first started to hang out, It was like butterflies in my stomach, but not the ones you get when your scared or nervous , I really didnt know what kind of 'butterflies' these were. 

"We are not watching this" I say as I realize what show Louis has been so attatched to the T.V for. "I hate Storage wars, Its boring" I say as I grab the remote from Louis 

"Its a good show though" Louis says 

"No" I say while turning through the channels until I see Fashion Police 

"No, Ange thats not fair " Louis says

I knew it wasnt, I didnt even really care about watching It, I had already seen this episode.

"I know, I just wanted to annoy you" I say before turning it to True Blood. Louis may be a little lost if he hasnt watched the show, Its alot to try and understand if you never saw it before, but it seems like the only thing on thats not too girly or boring. 

"Have you watched this before?" I ask

" Oh, well my mom watches it and im with her sometimes when she does. I have seen some of the episodes." 

" Okay" I say before adjusting myself to a more comfortable position

 We had all fell asleep within the first 20 minuts of the episode. It was now around 5:40 and Katie was getting ready to leave. 

"Okay, so you sure this looks good?" She said before doing a quick spin, so I could see the whole thing

"Yea, Its really cute"
