Obito REALLY likes Kakashi's hair. Most of his life he thought that it'll be spiky and rough like dog's fur but one day he accidentally touched it and discovered that it's super nice and soft. Since then, he loves to pet and generally touch Kakashi's hair. He gets touchy to point when Kashi's either super annoyed or super embarrassed and pushes him away.
