Chapter 10: Bloody writing on the wall

"Welcome, we knew you'd arrive."

Everything looked amazing, I was stunned.
It was all golden and shiny, so beautiful.
We found the first air nomads after 100 years.
Aang loved it, he was so happy.

"Are you real Air Nomads?"

Aang asked, he still couldn't believe what was happening.

"Yes, and you are the Avatar I suppose? Come inside, we prepared rooms for you and your friends.
We have a lot to talk about.
My name is Himitsu."

Then he looked at my brother and I.

"I believe you were looking for someone, weren't you?"
"Yes our father Hakoda sent us a letter and..."

Then someone dressed in blue came, and I knew for sure, it was my father.

"Dad!"

Sokka and I ran as fast as we could and hugged our father.
We were so happy.
I finally had the feeling that everything was going to be alright.

"I'm sorry to interrupt, but shall I show you your rooms? I assume you'll be staying here for a while, and we have a lot to talk about."

Himitsu showed us our rooms.
Everyone slept alone.
Isn't it strange?
Just a year ago we were fighting for world peace, and now we're sleeping with air nomads.

I woke up a bit late, around 11 A.M.
And awkwardly that was the same time Aang woke up.
I wanted to go left, but he wanted to go right, so we bumped in to eachother.

"Oh... sorry!"

I smiled, but he didn't smile back...
He was obviously still mad.... :(

"It's ok Katara."

And he just walked past me.
Why can't he just stop being so frustrating and forgive me!
I was angry and I couldn't keep myself on anymore

"Listen Mr, you stop right now and you're going to listen to me! I'm sorry of what happened but you need to learn to forgive me!"

I was already getting a bit calmer, and I knew Aang was listening.

"I know I made a mistake, but you're making one right now.
I miss you, can't we hurt go back to how it was?"

He looked at me but he didn't say anything...

"Please... say something..."

"Katara, I miss you too.. but you've hurt me, very hard.
I don't know if everything will ever be how it was...
You cheated."

"Aang I-"

And at that moment Toph came.

"Guys, Come very quick to the big hall, Sokka and I discovered something, and we think it's very bad news.. come fast!"

Aang and I followed Toph to the big hall. And Zuko was there too.
He came back from his trip to Mai.

"So, what's the big discovery?"

That's strange, normally my brother makes a joke, but not this time.
Something was going on, and it must be very bad.

"Katara, Aang, you might want to take a look at this."

Sokka pulled some curtains away and there's was blood all over the wall

"Oh, What happened?!"

It looked like something was written on there, but I couldn't read it, and it didn't make any sense.

nga andam, kay ang katapusan! Ang mga Rebelde mahimong madaugon!

That was written, with a strange mark behind it. <《☆~☆》>
What could this all mean?

"What does it mean?"

"I don't know, it's probably an ancient language or secret language.
We'll figure it out! Dad and I are working on it...
But in the meantime we must leave!"

"What why?!?! NO! I'M NOT LEAVING THIS SOON!"

Aang was furious, which I understand.
You finally reunite with your family, your 'kind' and then you have to leave after 1.5 days. Rough.

"TwinkleToes, man up! Think for a second! We may have defeated Ozai, The Phoenix King, Firelord, or whatever, but there are still people who want to kill you! Think about Azula, and as long as we're not sure you're not being hunted, we must leave. And this text is an obvious threat to you. So we're packing now."

"Urgh.. I'M SO SICK OF BEING THE AVATAR!"

He knew we had to leave, to protect the airnomads we just found, but he was mad, mad that he puts everyone in danger and that this misery still isn't over.

But then a nomad came running to us.

"There's a man! An invader in the zen garden!"

Aang could just hear that and wanted to go ASAP to the zen garden, but the airnomads were quicker.
They used airbending to move faster.
Which was interesting and quite magnificent.
So we went as fast as we could, but when we were at the zen garden, all we saw was a shade jump of the giant cliff.
Into the water.
And he vanished.
Completely gone.

"Where did he go? How did he escape so fast?"
"I don't know Suki, but we're going to find out. But first, let's go."

We packed our stuff and went to Appa.
Only Aang stayed away a bit longer.

-Aang Pov-

"Aang, wait a minute."

It was Himitsu, and he had a gift for me. (See image)

"Take this ball, I can't explain what it does right now, but you'll figure it out, now go! And good luck."

"Thank you Monnik Himitsu."

Himitsu smiled at me and he waved.
I went to Appa and we flew away.
I don't know where we'll go, but everything will be alright I guess?

Sorry for not updating for about a year...
Yeah.. :S
But anyways, I'm putting the story off of on hold.
I will start writing again.
The chapters may be a shorter, but the shorter the chapters, the more I can update.
