This was is another Arc-V one. I found that really cute picture on Zerochan, and it was really close to Halloween, so I made a quick little edit and set it as my lock screen for that month! XD
Of course, I'm one of those people who constantly changes my lock screen, home screen, desktop background, profile picture, etc. XD
