This OC, Willowstar, was sent in by @LinIsAfOX! This is my first time reviewing an OC, so I'm very sorry if it ends up... Horrible. Anyway, here you go! My comments will be in bold

Name: Willowsong/star

I like the prefix Willow, as it's realistic, and not overly used. "Song" is also a good one, and the name Willowsong in general seems to be a good fit for the character.

Gender: She-cat

Clan: Willowclan, formerly Thunderclan

Oh... So she has her own clan? This isn't always the best thing to do, as it creates weird problems and can end up awkwardly, but if done right, this can be a really cool thing for the OC.

Rank: TC-Warrior, WC-Leader

Okay, she somehow left Thunderclan, and started her own clan? I think this could be really great, but how it happens is really important. I'm glad she was just a normal warrior before, though.

Looks: Slightly fluffy short white furred she-cat with dark grey stripes and deep green eyes. She also has a slanted scar across her muzzle.

Great description! I'm not going to get that deep in genetics here but that seems 100% possible! I'm glad that she was realistic markings, and a scar can add something unique and recognizable without being excessive.

Personality: Mischievous, witty, prankster, rarely professional

For a leader, and Warrior cat, this is an uncommon personality, and that's good. However leadership might make her a bit more professional, but since she was a warrior first, it makes sense. I don't see a flaw/flaws though, I mean, being un-professional is a small one, so maybe expand on that? Flawed characters are more realistic and relatable.

Cause of death: let's just say that a prank for Murkstar backfired...

That's a pretty creative cause of death, and fits with her personality.

Backstory: She lived in the generation before SunStar, and she didn't exactly fit into Thunderclan. She always felt as if everyone in the camp constantly judged her, like they didn't need her. Then, one day, her clanmates chased her out of their territory. She met up with a few other cats and they ran far away. Eventually, they came upon what are now Willowclan, Mistclan, and Murkclan's territories. They settled in, still holding a grudge over their clanmates who drove them out.

Okay! Whew! It's really detailed, and that helps, thank you! I like how you set it before it could interfere with canon, that's always a good choice. I think that feeling like everyone judged her could be tied to a flaw in her personality? That would be good. Yes! You made a good way of leaving a clan! A lot of times when cats make their own clans, people choose to throw StarClan and prophecies in there, but this is a great idea. The only thing wrong is wouldn't some cats care if almost enough cats to make three (small I assume) clans got chased out? Overall, this is a really creative backstory, and it would make a great story.

In conclusion, Willowstar is a great OC! The only major thing I notice is that she doesn't have a main flaw, but overall she's a creative and interesting OC that has a lot of potential!

Okay! That was my first OC review so I'm sorry if it's too soft or judgemental or bad in general. -Drift
