You are my world

I see the world

though its so far away

I hear the world

but don't know what to say

It seems a lost cause

to try to save it

When there's no will to live

what's left to carry on for

With nothing left

the world fades

I'm left in oblivion

as the world seems to end

I feel alone

with no one by my side

I feel so cold

waiting for your loving warmth

I need a presence

one that brings calmness

I long to feel accepted

acceptance is what you'll bring

Life was so different

I was always so confused

waiting for the answer

the one I know is coming

When I join you

in your new life

I'll stay by your side

from now to the end

Being with you

helps me to see

The world is not ending

it just begins with you and me
