EX 2; the parents aren't even ever mentioned
like, I get abuse is a thing and yes it's a problem, but THIIS CLICHE IS EXTREMELY OVER DONE. MAJE YOUR CHARACTER MOODY SOME OTHER WAY
and please, my parents wouldn't let me go outside with out asking where I'm going or what I'm doing God be real here
