Once upon a time, there was...
He breathes hard and doesn't see a way out. And for a split moment I think the same thing, realizing that he is always the one to come and save me, but now we are shut in ready to die together and I don't like the sound of that.
Loki backs up a little, thinking about his next move, but that's when Mjolnir bursts through the creature closest to us and bounces back to its wielder.
They scatter around but don't have enough time as Thor leaps up in the midst of them all and crashes down with the lighting from above us smashing into the ground and electrifying the demons to death, a crater in the earth forming. He just saved our lives.

Thor looks more than weary as he tries to catch his breath, looking at us with half dead eyes as his leg still bleeds.
Just then Jane appears from the shadows, running to him. He found her. And she's alive.

I could hardly tell it was her at first, her face being so dirty and clothes as well.
Thor still stares at us, Loki not really knowing anything to say at the moment. But the blond says, "Go," in a stern tone.
So Loki turns and begins to run back to the base with us but that's when I hear that terrifying sound of the ground breaking... and Loki stops in his tracks.
He turns his head towards the sound, his eyes wide. It all happens slowly. I can see a huge tentacle break from its place just behind Thor and Jane, soon more of them.
"Thor!" Loki yells and begins to do something but there's no point. The man turns at Loki's warning, hardly able to move as more beasts crowd from the shadows. The huge ground monster sprawls out from its place as Jane screams, its sharp arms whipping and grabbing her before any of us can react, breaking her body with a scream of agony and anger from the god of thunder. He thrusts Mjolnir out but it's too late and the others run from the base to urge us inside quickly.
