Okay, let's pretend it is Halloween >﹏<

This one is a request from NationBlue. It's her prize for wining 1st place in our new year themed contest!
I also included MamaBearTheGreat's tutorial request prize as she won 2nd in the new year contest (^^)

I added part of the background digitally, it gives a better effect. And also, sorry making her seem so evil><
I think that almost everything I draw feels evil...=.=

So now for the tutorial request. I only did the dress as Lyrica already did the skin and hair. So these are the basic steps when I colour anything:

Step 0: Use your artistic powers to colour the hair and skin XD

Step 1: Apply base colour. Use the same colour that you want your drawing to be, not a shade less. But colour with less pressure so that it remains pale.

Step 2: Use the same colour of pencil and apply shadows.

Step 3: Now, use a shade darker than the base colour to colour the darkest places such as on the dress folds.

Step 4: Follow the same steps for the rest of the drawing and add a nice background! And you're done! ;-)
