You and Niall walked into the little room for your 20 week scan.
"Hi Mr and Mrs Horan, how are we today?" Asked the doctor.
"I'm fine." You say.
You lift up your top and the doctor puts the cold gel on you stomach.
She then put the wand on you stomach and the the twins showed up on the screen.
"The babies are in good shape, healthy by the looks of things." Said the doctor.
You smiled and looked over at Niall who was mesmerised by the little screen.
"Could we find out the gender today?" Asked Niall.
"Yeah, you're just over 20 weeks so we can tell you." She said.
Your smile grew bigger.
"Okay you see the baby here." She said circling the first baby. "Looks like this one is a girl. And this one." She circles the second baby. "Looks like a boy to me."
You looked closely at the screen and then looked over at Niall.
"We're having a baby boy and a baby girl!" Said Niall excitedly.
"Yeah, we are." You said smiling. Tears in your eyes.
Niall kissed your temple.
"Our little babies." You said.
