The legend says that when a werewolf unlocks their inner wolf, their eyes turn yellow.
This is wrong.
Only Wolf Song has the power to change someone into a yellow eyed wolf and only an alpha can sing the Wolf Song. This is how most punishments are dealt with in some packs. They control certain wolves to do their bidding for them. They can also choose who they want. This is why no one else could hear it.
