Ash of The Badlands

Chapter 1

I'll be back by nightfall. Those are the last words that I ever told them.

 Why now? I thought to myself. How? When? As Boss's thugs attacked me and dragged me out here I heard a familiar voice. My sister Lili crying. I then asked myself, "what is going on"? 

Next thing I felt was my head being hit the butt of a rifle. Finally When I came if not somewhat forces to wake up. I was greeted by the a beating.

 I was so swollen I didn't even know how I could see. 

I recognized a tree my mother and I planted after we went to the Last Life Swamp. I dragged myself home, what was left of it anyway. Boss ordered his thugs that they burn down the house with my mom and sister inside it. 

Boss is the main leader of the underground. He has an army of criminal that run his empire i most corners of the the Badland.

That house it was as bright as a small sun, and as the hellfire comsumed the house I heard my mother scream. Sadly my sister got out, because the fate that awaited her outside was far worse than getting cooked alive inside the house. She was caught by the neck, beat and finally run through with a knife and I saw the crimson red blood stain that knife. I bowed to run him through with that same knife. After that she was thrown back into the fire.

I saw all of this...but couldn't do anything to stop it...I was too weak...I couldn't get there in time...I bowed to kill him...I bowed to kill Boss.
