"Caspian it's good to see you old friend," Linc said.
"Same here Lincoln," he said as they shook hands accompanied by a man hug.
"Caspian, meet the essence of my being, Melinda. Mel meet my good friend Caspian."
"You truly found yourself a diamond my friend," Caspian said taking her hand kissing it as he continued on to greet her.
"A pleasure to always meet a friend of Linc's," Mel smiled.

Looking back she found two men standing by his car as he undid his jacket buttons taking a seat. They were having lunch at a local cafe enjoying the sun that had decided to grace them with it's presence.
"May I take your orders?" A waitress said.
Mel smirked seeing Caspian trying to flirt with her failing miserably as she didn't respond to his antics whilst Linc turned his attention to me.

The man sitting before them could clearly get any woman he wanted as his dark locks fell over his forehead as he pushed them aside several times. His blue eyes followed the waitress as she left their table with their drink orders. His lips twitched into a smile that showed off a nice set of teeth. Rubbing his stubble covered jaw as if planning something he let out a soft chuckle turning to look at them.

"Where is your security?" He asked all of a sudden. "All I can see is Walter."
"Dismissed due to incompetence," Linc said.
"I guess that's why you called me," he murmured as the waitress returned.

Looking at her he said, "Quick and efficient. I like that in a woman."
"Well good to know that," she said in a flat tone. Turning to Mel and Linc she said, "If you need anything just call me."
"What if I need someone?" Caspian said emphasizing the last word.
She rolled her eyes turning away from them before stopping when Caspian mumbled something about talking to the manager about the service here. Expecting her to return to the table and suck up to him she simply sent him a cold glare that rendered him speechless as she turned away to leave.

"So you were saying you need my help," Caspian said turning to Mel and Linc.
"We can always talk over dinner. It seems you are occupied at the moment," Linc said with a smirk.
"Forgive me, but I think she might be the one," Caspian said standing up. "If I die back there just name one of your children after me," he said getting up quickly as Linc and Mel laughed watching him go after the waitress.

"He is a very interesting man," Mel mumbled as Linc smiled looking at her.
A few minutes the noise of a hand connecting with a cheek silenced the place as the waitress from before turned on her heel away from Caspian.
"Ouch," Linc said wincing in pain as though he had been slapped himself.

Finishing their drinks Mel excused herself to use the ladies only for Linc to say he would wait for her outside. Using the back entrance as their exit they ran into Caspian and waitress locking lips lost in each other before she shoved him away clearly shook up.
"How dare you," she spat storming away.
"Until we meet again my lady," Caspian called out with a wide smile.

Running after Linc and Mel he couldn't wipe off the grin he was wearing as they made their way to their cars.
"Let us go to my place," he said before telling Walter the address.

----

"Welcome to my humble abode," he said as they walked into his penthouse whilst he dismissed his security. "What shall I offer you?"
"Nothing at all. I am fine thank you," Mel said as Linc asked for a glass of orange juice.
Sitting down in his lounge Caspian sat back saying, "Okay spill it out."
As Linc narrated the events that happened Caspian looked at him in surprise.
"Wait a minute, please repeat that last part."
"The twins were taken from the daycare by a woman who looked exactly like my mother. Mel just uncovered that my parents are indeed no more."
Caspian ran a hand though his hair as he leaned back.
"I knew she was back but who she was working for was still a mystery for me," he whispered as Linc and Mel looked at each other in question turning to him.
