Chapter 68- Jacob Gets Juno!

"Ow." She groaned in pain. I placed a hand on her back in alarm.

"Are you okay?" I asked.

"I'm fine. Maybe if you got out of my personal space, I'd be better." Juni said.

"I'm going about this in the wrong way. I'm sorry, Juno, but I really like you and I would like for you to be my girlfriend. What do you say?" I asked sweetly.

"I--"

"Juno!"

We both turned to see Jawan Harris smiling at Juno.

"Jawan!" Juno smiled and pushed me away. She ran to him and hugged him. My blood boiled at the sight of his arms around her-- that should be me.

"What's up, Jacob? Did I interrupt something?" Jawan smiled.

"Ye--"

"No, Jacob was just leaving me alone." Juno cut me off.

"Cool. So I hoping you'd want to come roller skating? Everyone else is coming. You too, Jake." Jawan said.

"Sure." Juno said instantly.

"You can't even skate, Juno." I said.

"You can't skate? I'll teach you." Jawan said when Juno shook her head.

"Man, you couldn't even name one thing that Juno loves." I rolled my eyes.

"Yeah, I can. Juno loves to...cook." Jawan said.

"No, Artemis does. If you really wanted to know, Juno loves the color purple, she loves music-- she can sit for hours and not hear a word you say but will know every word to multiple songs and their every beat. Juno loves to watch her twin and their friends dance and sing random songs, she loves Big Time Rush and wants to meet them some day. Most importantly Juno loves her family." I said as I glared at Jawan.

"Dude, chill." Jawan said as he and Juno walked toward everyone else. Juno looked back at me with an uncertain look in her eyes. I huffed out a sigh and followed behind them.

"Come here, Jake!" Babydoll shouted at me. She was standing with Artemis, Diggy, Star, and Twist. I jogged over to them.

"What's up?" I asked.

"You ready to get your girl?" Artemis asked.

"We can help you get Juno. She's about two steps away from running to you." Star said.

"And we can help." Star smiled.

"Well, we can't help," Diggy said as he pointed at him and Twist. "But they can."

"You about to have Juno drooling all over you." Babydoll told me. They told me their plan as we all drove in a van.

"I love you girls." I smiled and hugged each of them as we got to the roller skating place.

We were in New Orleans and only Jari, Brittany, Artemis, Isis, and Juno really knew where we were going.

"It feels great to be home!" Isis shouted as she stepped out of a van.

"Yes it does!" Artemis said as a car parked in the parking lot with its windows down. Bounce music was playing out of it. "Christan!"

Artemis, Isis, and Jari started dancing as a light skinned girl with red dreads in her twenties stepped out of the green Cadillac.

"Damn!" Twist, Diggy, and I said as she got of the car. She was an older, lighter version of Artemis and Juno but twice the amount of sexy.

"Caught that beat!" Christan said as she swung her dreads and got little Ma'Kayla out of the car.
