Chapter 62- BET Awards Part 2

"So, this song was your first slow dance?" Prince asked as the song ended and Weak by SWV started playing.

"It was, unfortunately." I sighed as I placed my head over his heart. It felt like it was beating in sync with mine.

"Well this was our first slow song. Remember the Christmas party? We slow danced to this song." Prince muttered as I hummed Weak.

"It was, huh? Ain't that something." I smiled as the sing ended and Prince gave me a soft, sweet, passionate kiss. He licked my bottom lip and I opened my mouth slightly so our tongues could meet. We pulled apart after a few minutes. Tongue kissing, or French kissing, was still new to us. This was only our third French kiss.

"I guess French kissing isn't really our thing." Prince smiled nervously.

"It probably takes time. It was only our third French kiss." I said as I kissed him again. He slipped his tongue in my mouth and was more forceful this time. I gripped his hair tightly in my hands as I kissed back with just as much force and passion. Out tongues really fought and wrestled in our mouths until we pulled apart. My whole body was tingling and on fire.

"Let's go back inside." I said after smiling at each other like idiots.

Prince grabbed my hand and we walked inside.

"Where were y'all?" Ray asked as he and Brittany passed by us.

"Just outside." Prince answered.

"Doing what just outside?" Brittany asked.

"We were talking and dancing. Shared a little kiss. Nothing really." Prince shrugged.

"A little kiss, huh? I saw his tongue down your throak. Don't play. Y'all ain't slick." Ray said in a ratchet voice. We laughed as Myles called Unique Royalty to the DJ table.

"We want the girls to say something about their award!" Myles said as everyone crowded around us and everyone cheered.

"Uh..wow. Thanks for putting us on the spot." Juno rolled her eyes.

"Yeah. Um..well, you know, we want to thank God first. Because through God all things are possible. Without our Heavenly Father we wouldn't be here in front of all of you. Without our faith in Him we wouldn't be this far in our career so early in our career, so we give thanks to Him first and foremost." Jari said and everyone clapped.

"I really want to thank God from the moment I was born. Doctors told my parents my sister and I wouldn't live because my mom had her tubes tied, but here we are. I thank God for the heavenly gifts of music, writing, acting, and dancing he has bestowed upon me and my groupmates. I thank Him for the amazing people I have met that gave us a chance when they barely knew us. And I thank God for all of the people I am to meet in years to come." I said with a smile. Everyone cheered.

"After thanking God, we want to thank our camp, Conjunction and Interscope Records. They worked like a bunch of bosses to get our first single recorded and first video done in a week. They worked hard to get our first album produced and made it hit stores and iTunes in a record time of three weeks. They pushed us hard, but it all paid off or will pay off in ways we can't understand now. They are brilliant and care for us." Brittany smiled, her dimples showing.

"That's my baby!" Ray shouted and everyone laughed.

"We want to thank the fans. Man, our fans go harder than a mo'fo! Just like Tem Mindless, Team Unique is a gang. They don't take nothing from nobody about us ans they're the best. I heard they even teamed up with Team Mindless, Team OMG, Jetsetters, Jewels, and JawanJunkies for this award. That is the best news you can ever hear about your fanbase-- that they actually get along with other fannases. We thank them because without them this award would never have even touched our hands. So thank you to our wonderful fans. We plan to turn up with y'all so much in the near future." Isis smiled.
