Chapter 61- BET Awards Part 1

As Best New Artist was being announced after Robin Thicke's performance, the girls and I held hands and prayed as hard as we could.

"And the award goes to...Unique Royalty!" Angela Basset and Gabrielle Union announced together. The girls and I squealed. We hugged our family and the boys before going on stage with Keisha.

We hugged each other as we got on stage and got our award.

"Oh my gosh!" I laughed nervously into the microphone. "First we want to thank God for this award. Because without Him, nothing is possible. Without him we would be standing in front you all."

"Next we want to thank our camp, Conjunction and Interscope Records. They have worked so hard for us and pushed us to get the album out in less than two months, so we really thank them." Jari said.

"We really want to say thank you to our mothers, fathers, and family that have supported us since diapers. Since we were giving talent shows in our pajamas for Christmas. We love you." Juno smiled.

"And we want to say thank you to our friends, Mindless Behavior, Diggy Simmmons, Jacob Latimore, and the OMG Girlz, who helped us get an audition." Isis smiled and blew a kiss.

"And last but not least we want to thank our fans! Because without you this would not be possible! This award for our fans who voted for us. We want you to know that whatever you do. Whoever you are. Where ever you are, boy or girl, you are special and important. Love you and everyone else will. You are all of Royal blood. Your dreams will come true. Our dream did and it still is coming true." Brittany smiled.

"Thank you. We love you." We sang together. "Shout out to New Orleans! We making it, baby!"

Everyone cheered as we walked backstage and to a dressing room to change into our performing clothes.

"Are you ready for this?" Brittany asked us as we stood backstage of the BET Awards.

"No, but yes." Isis nodded as someone checked our hair and makeup.

"Remember girls, just go with the flow. If you forget anything, just make something up. It's okay." The stage manager said. We nodded as we let out the nervous energy.

"And now welcome Unique Royalty." Someone introduced us.

The girls, Diggy, and I said a quick prayer before going out on stage.
