It may not be the tallest bird of all

But the hummingbird is a beautiful call

I could never tell

It had no sense of smell

It's beaks on the flower petals

Going to hybernation rate in many settles

Hovering in midair

They fly forward, within a mere

Backwards, with a brilliant stare

Up, down, in a circle, amusingly rare
