Chapter 12

3 weeks later

Riley's POV

"Stop it!", warning Charlie and laughing at the same time.
"Why?", he said pecking me on the lips.
"Stop", I said grabbing his face.

"Riley, do you have a scrunchy?", Michelle asked.
"No, but maybe you should bring your own scrunchy's to dance", I snap at her.
She looked hurt to me and turned around leaving Studio-B.
"You could have said that a bit nicer", Charlie said to me.

"I could, but why should I?", I asked huffy.
Yeah I changed and I liked my new me.
I realized, that nobody cared about me besides Charlie, so why should I be kind to them.

I dissociate me from A-Troupe and befriended me with Charlie's friends.
I wasn't the good girl anymore, who was always worried I was a new Riley and it felt good to do something for myself and not for other people.

I now usually came late for rehearsals or didn't show up at all.
I just didn't like dance, like I used to, it was becoming boring.

"Do you want to come to Hidalgos?", Charlie asked me.
"Sure", I said standing up.
We entered Hidalgos and sat on our usual table with Charlie's friends.

They all liked me and they were friendly.
"So who are we going to prank today?", Zac asked looking around.
"Oh I know, lets prank Miss Kate", Sara said giggling.

I loved pulling pranks, but Miss Kate was always like a second mother.
"I don't think, that's a good idea", I said to Sara.
"Oh, does little Riley have fear of getting caught?", Sara asked provoking me.

"No and I go voluntary", I said standing up.
They all applauded for me and I went to Miss Kate's office.

I was ready and I felt bad for pranking Miss Kate, but I have to do it.
I was just about to go out of the office as I saw Miss Kate coming into Studio-A I fast hide under her desk.

Nervousness raced in me.
The old Riley would stand up and inform Miss Kate about the prank, but the new Riley would just enjoy the show.
I had to choose one Riley and I knew which I would choose.

It mads a loud noise and the bucket full of flour flew on Miss Kate.
I had chosen the new Riley, because I liked her, she was funny and exciting and never worried about anything.

"Who was it?", she yells taking the bucket from her now white face.
It was hilarious how she looked like and I was proud of me for pulling such a good prank.

"Riley, what are you doing there, did you put up this stupid prank?", she asked me furiously.
I never noticed her coming to the desk, now I was nervous, what would she do?

"No", I said.
But she obviously noticed that I was lying.

"I'm gonna get clean and you are here in ten minutes to have a conversation with me, is this clear?", she asked me.
"Yes", I said standing up and going to Hidalgos.
I know it shouldn't care me what she was going to do, but it kind of.
