- Chapter One-

Hello fellow readers, this is your fellow author blue 🤍. As some of you may know, I have an Instagram account that I post my stories on.

I decided to post some of my stories on here but a little more detailed.

So to all the people who read this story on Instagram, hello! I hope you enjoy reading this again.

And to the new readers, hi! nice to meet you all.

Just please note that this is kind of a short story, so i hope you don't mind.

I have been working in this company for 2 years now.

I'm not gonna lie, it's pretty hectic, It's a lot of work, so it's quiet stressful.

But all of that pays off when I get paid.

Yes, you heard that right. What did you think I was gonna say? something inspiring? something about this job being my dream job? no.

I'm keeping up with all of this, working this hard, and doing my best for one reason and one reason only.

My mother.

I fought my way to get this job, I had to. It was a huge opportunity and I really didn't want to lose it.

"Y/N" I heard my boss calling me.

I jolted up.

"Yes sir?"
"I want these files on my desk first thing tomorrow morning"
"Okay no problem sir"

He gave me one of his signature nods and walked into his office.

You see, my boss was not like any other boss out there.

My boss, Kim Taehyung.

He is not the CEO of the company. At least not yet.

His father was. However, he didn't know anything about what was going on in his own company, what his son is doing. Nothing.

He basically dropped all of the responsibility that came with running a successful business on his son.

Taehyung was the one who built this empire with his hard work.

His father let him take over when he was pretty young from what I heard.

So I knew for a fact that he would take over the company in no time.

So to say that Taehyung is a very professional man is the least. He cares about work more than anything.

But I'm not gonna lie and i will be honest with you, he is one attractive man.

Yes, you can say that I just lost my professionalism with saying that but the truth has to be said.

My boss is one fine specimen.

He knew it, I knew it, and everyone in this company knew it.

Actually, scratch that, everyone in the town knew it.

After a really long day at work, I arrived at my apartment feeling absolutely exhausted.

"mom I'm home" I yelled as soon as I entered the apartment.
"welcome back honey, come I cooked dinner" she said with a smile "let's eat together"

I nodded my head and sat down.

I took my time to look at her. She is not the same anymore, her shoulders are slumped down, her hair is highlighted with white strands of hair, her wrinkles are visible on her beautiful face.
