"Okay class" you music teacher Miss James started. "I set you all an assignment to play an instrument and sing the song of your choice and perform it in front of the class. Now who's ready to do it" she smiles

"I think (y/n) should go" Liam shouted

"Oh no I-" I started

"Miss (y/l/n) so glad you could volunteer" she smirked.

I sighed "okay" I walked up to the front of the class with my guitar. "So this song is called Bright by Echosmith"

I looked over at Liam and smiled at him as he smirked back. "You'll be amazing" I saw him mouth

Everyone in the class clapped and I put the guitar down. "Well done (y/n) that was lovely" miss James said.

"Thank you" I smiled at her. I sat back down next to Liam.

"I didn't know you could sing" he said looking strait in my eyes

"I don't usually song infringement of anyone" I laughed

"You have a beautiful voice" I smiled and looked done at his hands

"Thank you" I giggled.

"So uh-" he started "when you sang the bit that went I'm in love you looked at me directly in the eyes"

"Yeah" I said

"Does that mean you love me?" He asked shyly

"It might" I smirked as I got up and walked out of the class
