Chamber's POV

I open my eyes, and look around, with mean girls on the screen. I realize I am on the couch laying on Michael's chest who is asleep. Charisma is laying on my butt, also asleep. Luke walks downstairs and sees that I have woken up. "Oh well good morning." He smiles. "Hi." I yawn. "Do you want me to take her?" He asks pointing to Charisma. "Yes please." I whisper. "Thanks." He cradles her and takes her up to her room. Charisma has seem to take the most liking to Luke which he seems happy about. He's not attached to too much people. I wrap my arms around Michael's waist. He stirs a little and rests his hand on mine. So this is what love is like. I shut my eyes and wait for my brain to dream.

Michael's POV

I wake up with Chamber's head on my chest and her arms wrapped around me. I was happy we didn't break up from what happened with Harry. I'm still mad with him but I feel horrible for what I did to him. I apologized over the phone but it felt insincere. I hope him and the guys come soon. I run my hand through her hair for a while. She squeezes me tighter and closer a couple times. She looks like she was dreaming, I hope its about us. I lean down to kiss her head. Which seems to have woke her up. Whoops. "Hey." She removes her arms from me and rubs her eyes. "Hi." I continue to play with her hair. "I have to go to a meeting today." I kiss her head again. "Can't you skip it?" She pleads. "I wish, but its with our producer, John Feldman. You should meet him sometime, he's amazing." I smiled. "Well if you would take me to work with you.." She was looking up at me. "I do take you to work! Here! We do all the song writing here. All the meetings here. Speaking of which, you can't be here when that happens. Can you hang out with Charisma and Saphire for like an hour?" I asked. "Well I can see. But I would rather hangout with you. On this couch." She pouted. "We will tonight. I promise." I smiled weakly. "Oh okay." She seemed unconvinced. She got up and I followed her up to the bedroom. "Shower with me?" I asked. She nodded we both grabbed clothes and walked into the bathroom quietly hoping not to wake anyone. "So do you know what this meeting's about?" She said as she climbed in. "I don't know. It was called as an emergency meeting." I climbed in too. "Oh. Well I hope all goes well." She handed me my shampoo. "I am really sorry you and Charisma can't stay here. Did Saphire answer?" I apologized. "Yeah, she said we could hang with her for a little before she goes off to work." "Oh that's great." I said holding her in my arms under the water. I have seen her so exposed like this and she has seen me, but I feel so vulnerable. I love her and I trust her with my body and I love showering with her, but I felt weird. I must feel guilty since she can't be at the meeting with us. "Lets get dressed." I say pulling away and climbing out. I throw on my ripped black skinny jeans and a Def Leopard tank top, and do some black eyeliner. I know that people think guys with eyeliner are gay, but I feel more punk with it, manly really. I say goodbye to Chamber and Charisma, and tidy up the house, so we all don't look like total slobs living together. The door opens, and John walks in. "Hey Mike." He says giving me a hug. "Where's the rest of the guys?" His American accent shines through. "Guys John's here!" I yelled up the stairs. Luke and Ashton are dressed nicely, but Calum walks down ten seconds later in his pjs, his hair not even brushed, god damnit Calum. "So we need to talk. You guys aren't dating anyone right?" He asks as the guys move their head towards me at the same time, all eyeballs staring at me. Thanks a lot guys. "Well actually, they are all single on the other hand-" he cut me off. "On the other hand, what?" He asked. "On the other hand, I have a girlfriend, and it's serious." I was staring at the floor then back up at them. "Well. You better get rid of her. I hired you a girlfriend, Michael so you guys could get some attention from magazines and interviews and stuff." I took a double take. "Woah woah woah, I have to dump Chamber just because she's not famous?" I asked. "No. He won't do that, and we don't stand for it." Ashton assured me. "I agree." Calum backed him up. "Me too." So did Luke. "Well she's impractical. She will just drag you guys down if you go public." John said. "Who would I supposedly be dating?" I asked. "Abigail Breslin." He answered. I let out a huge sigh. "He has a girlfriend!" Ashton stands up and yells, the boys take him upstairs. I'm glad they have my back. "Could you just meet her? Chamber, I mean. See how great she is?" I question him. "No, it won't matter. You guys need all the publicity you can get and if your girlfriend is popular, it will put you over the top." He shoots back at me. I run my hands through my hair, thinking about what this all means. I can't tell Chamber, she would freak. John can't know about Charisma either. What am I going to do? I walk upstairs. "Mike get back down here!" John yells. Luke passes me as I'm walking up the stairs. I listen from around the corner. "How could you make him chose like that? Chamber is very close to him, and they are extremely serious. You need to apologize." I am so glad he didn't mention Charisma, I told them I would tell him when I felt the time was right. Luke went to the refrigerator, grabbed a beer, and walked back upstairs. I put my hand on his shoulder to stop him. I mouthed, thank you. He gestured his head to his room and looked back at me. We went in and started playing FIFA. Video games help calm me down. "What are you gonna do?" He asked me after a couple minutes of silence. "I don't know. I will have to tell Chamber about what's going on. I'm just scared of how she's gonna handle it." I said. He paused the game. "Well if you need us you know we are here for you." He smiled and I punched his shoulder. We played FIFA for about another hour or so, till I heard the tiniest knock on Luke's door. "Uncle Luke, where's daddy? Mommy wants to know." We both chuckled. "And this is when I exit." I opened the door. "Daddy why were you in here?" She asked with her huge innocent eyes. "Playing games with uncle Luke. Have uncle Luke play with you while I talk to mommy down in the kitchen." I smiled and looked back at look, who nodded at me confidently. I walked downstairs and saw Chamber unpacking groceries. "You went to the store." I said and she turned around. "Yeah I wanted to make a nice ham for dinner for all of us." She walked over and kissed my cheek, then went back to unpacking groceries. "How was the meeting?" She asked. I didn't want her to ask that question so soon, but I figured we should just get it dealt with. "Uh not so great actually." I mumbled. "Why what happened?" She always had so many questions for me. "John uh, he, uh hired me a girlfriend." I said feeling so guilty. She spun back around towards me as fast as possible. "He what?" She shot me a glare. "He hired someone to act as my girlfriend." I mumbled again this time it was even harder to get out. "Why? Am I not good enough for you? Am I not plastered in pounds of makeup and fake nails, eyelashes, and hair? I'm not a size two teenage dream? Why?" She was yelling, and she was almost in tears. "No, none of that at all. He wants me dating someone famous who can get us more publicity and attention. I don't agree with this either you know. The boys don't either." I counter. "Yes it is all of that! They want you with a model because I'm not picture perfect. Probably because you have a kid too right." The room went perfectly silent. "What?" She glared at me from behind the countertop. "I didn't tell John about Charisma. He knows of you, but not of her." I told her. "Why are you doing this? Are we not important in your life? Harry your fucking bestfriend, didn't know about me until you introduced me, I had to tell him myself about our daughter." I watched the tears fall from her face, feeling horrible because I'm the one causing them. " I didn't tell Harry and the guys about you because we were just figuring out what we were ourselves. We don't talk about everything as soon as it happens you know." I said, starting to raise my voice as well. "What's that supposed to mean?" She raised her eyebrow. "It means I don't have to tell Harry everything that is happening with me. We aren't like you and Saphire, and that's okay." I shouted. I hoped that Luke turned up the volume of the game or was covering Charisma's ears. She didn't deserve to hear this. I noticed Chamber unpacking the last few things as fast as she could. Then she stomped up the stairs, and I followed. She put a bag on my bed, putting her clothing in it. "What are you doing?" I asked. "I can't be with someone who doesn't tell his friends about his girlfriend. Maybe if you did, Harry would have not felt the need to kiss me, he would have seen us as a couple longer. And I definitely can't be with someone who can't even tell his producer that he has a fucking daughter! This isn't fair to any of us, I'm going to let you live your dream. You can bang whoever you want, when you want. You can have an orgy for all I care." This made me angrier than I have ever been, my own girlfriend telling me I'm not good enough. The one person who was going to love me unconditionally. She turned around towards me, and I felt my hand hit her cheek. We both stood there in shock, her cheek started to show a red liquid. I could tell I scared her just as much as I did in high school, maybe even worse. She wiped her cheek, saw the liquid, and ran. She thrusted Luke's door open, grabbed Charisma, and ran. By the time she reached the front door, it opened by itself and she stopped and looked at the woman standing before her, me, standing at the end of the stairs. "Hi I'm Abigail Breslin. Where's Michael Clifford?" She smiled. Chamber looked her up and down, then looked at me. "You guys will be perfect together." She mumbled. She pushed past Abby, and I followed. "Chamber!" I yelled but she was already in her car, gone with the wind. A tear ran down my face and I sat on the porch, with my head in my hands. Moments later, I feel a presence with me, Abby sat next to me on the porch. "It will be okay babe." She puts her hand on my knee, but I push it off as soon as I notice it. I get up and run to my room like a teenager. What have I done?

The one person who was going to love me unconditionally. I turned around towards him, and I felt his hand collide with my cheek. We both stood there in shock, my cheek felt like it was oozing. He could tell I was just as scared as in high school, maybe even worse. I wiped my cheek, saw the liquid, and ran. I threw Luke's door open, grabbed Charisma and ran. By the time I reached the front door, it opened by itself and I stopped dead in my tracks and looked at the woman standing before me, Michael standing at the end of the stairs. A/N hey guys! So heres the new update! Btw I think John Feldman is amazing, I'm not trying to knock him down. Also, having Abigail Breslin in the story brings some truth in from real life, but its also fiction. Well, I hope you're all enjoying this and keep voting and reading on!
