I closed my locker shut with my child development textbook in my hand for 5th hour. I was walking by myself, trying to get to class until GiGi came beside me and walked with me. But she seemed a little...tense.
"GiGi...You alright?" I questioned her. She looked at me and nodded quickly.
"Yeah, I'm fine. Why'd you ask?" She asked quickly. Giana only spoke fast when she seen or heard something she wasn't suppose/didn't want to hear.
"You're speaking quickly..." I trailed off but then continued, "You only speak quick when you seen or heard something you didn't want to." I answered.
She took a deep breath in and sighed out, "Nah. I'm fine. Just...Out of breath."
I nodded and shrugged, not really caring anymore. If she say so.
I didn't even realize we already made it to our 5th hour class. We walked in and took our assigned seats. Odell and Jarvis came in together. When his eyes landed on me, he walked over and gave me a hug.
"Wassup." He greeted. I smiled and looked down shyly. This effect he has on me.
"Hi Odell."
"GOALS!" Jarvis shouted out at us from the other side of the room.
Odell turned back and kissed his teeth at him, making me giggle. He shook his head and took his seat. The bell rung and our teacher Ms.McClain closed the door and walked in front of the classroom.
"Listen up ladies and gentlemen! We have a project—" She was interrupted by everyone groaning.
"Oh hush up! I'm not doing it just yet!" She snapped at us. We all went quiet and listened to what she had to say.
She looked around the classroom then continued, "As I was saying, we have a project but we're not doing it yet. I know prom is next week and a lot of y'all won't probably be here due to y'all getting y'all selves together for the big night." She smiled. "The project will be the week after that though, and it's a very exciting project so make sure you all are here." She finished explaining.
We all nodded our heads in response. She smiled and clapped her together, rubbing them.
"Alright, now finish up on what we were working on yesterday because I know everyone didn't finish. Page 143." She instructed. Everyone took out their work from yesterday textbooks and turned to the page.

2 hours later, 6th hour was over and it was time for us to go home. Yasss.
I seen GiGi walking and I caught up with her. I tapped her shoulder and smiled.
"Hey GiGi."
She waved, "Hey girly."
"You want me to give you a ride home?" I offered but she shook her head no.
"No? Why?"
"Cameron's taking me dress shopping this evening." Cameron caught up to where we were and wrapped his arms around her waist. I rolled my eyes.
"Right."
"Sup Yvonnie." I looked him up and down with a look of disgust on my face.
"Hello...Cameron."
"I'ma steal her from you alright?" I nodded and shrugged. GiGi told me she would text me later and that was fine with me.

"I can't believe you really like her." Vic said, referring to Yvonnie. I was at Vic house telling him what happened cause he missed the last 3 days of school, because he was sick.
"I can't believe it either. But the more I got to know her, and the closer we gotten, I was slowly started to get attracted to her, but I just didn't wanna admit it."
"What about Kalissa?" What about Kalissa.
"I mean, I love her still, and she's still my girlfriend. But her jealousy gets the best of her and I don't like that shit."
"I would be jealous too Odell! You spending more time with Yvonnie than Kalissa, she oughta feel jealous!" I have?
"Really?"
He nodded while drinking his Gatorade. I never thought of it that way. I been with Yvonnie so much that I pushed Kalissa off to the side. She had a right to be jealous. Kalissa been my baby for 2 years. I can't just push her off to the side.
"So you're saying I need to kinda distance myself away from Yvonnie?" I asked him.
"Kinda distance yourself from her but talk to Kalissa. Treat her how you treated Yvonnie these past 2 weeks." I got up from the end of his bed and nodded.
"Alright man. Thanks. I'm gonna go see Kalissa now."

"Bye mom! Bye dad! Have fun!" I waved to my parents from the front door. They honked the car and reversed out the driveway and left.
I went back inside and closed the door, leaning back on it. "Finally, they left."
I went inside the kitchen and grabbed the Ben & Jerry Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream out the freezer. I sat it on the freezer far it to thaw out.
I went inside my living room and turned on the tv. I surfed through the channels until I found Scooby Doo: The Movie. As soon as I sat the remote down, the doorbell rang.
Who the hell could that be
I walked to the door and opened it. To my surprise it was Odell. I couldn't even say anything cause he grabbed my face and kissed me. I kissed him back, wrapping my arms around him. He picked me up and kicked the door closed behind him.
He threw me back on the couch and his wondering hands roamed my body. He pulled away and stared at me in my eyes.
"What was that for?" I asked him.
"Everything. I love you baby, and I'm sorry if I done anything that made you feel a type a way." He apologized. I cracked a smile and kissed his lips.
"Ya parents home?"
"No, they just left to go on their anniversary dinner."
"Good." He smirked. He went back to kissing me and began taking off my pajamas...
