It was my engagement party today. I was not happy about it. My cousins were over. "Zaria you should be happy about this... and besides Samir is a really good guys," Hasna one of my cousins says. "How do you even know him?" I question her. "We went to the same school. He's really nice. You're a lucky girl," she says. I just shrug unknowingly. I was still not in the mood for this engagement.

We all meet at the hall. Everyone was dressed up and everything looks beautiful but I wasn't happy about it. It felt so weird me being the one getting engaged.

After the engagement we head back home. The next day was school and I wasn't in the mood for people to ask me question so I put the ring that I was wearing on top of the dresser. I sit down on my bed exhausted from the long.

"Zaria can I talk to you?" Xavier says going up to me as I was walking outside the school. "I have to get to practice... you know it's an important day," I tell him as I exit the school walking to the back of the school. "Did you understand the lesson in physics?" He questions. "I was exempted from it," I tell him putting down my bags. "But do you understand it?" He questions. I nod. "Can you help me tomorrow?" He questions rises his eyebrows "Inshallah(if God wills). " I tell him. He was silent for a second "Yeah," he says realizing what the word meant. I run off to the field to practice before our semi-final game that was in about one hour.

We practice for 45 minutes and for 15 minutes we warmed up as the other team arrives. We stretch and gather up by our coach for words of advice from our coach. We wish the other team luck and get on the field. "Heads or tail," the ref asks me since I was one of the starting forwards. "Tails," I say. He flips the coin and it lands on heads. We get to position since the other team was starting.

After 15 minutes into the game one of the girls pushes me. "Aye watch it!" I yell at her. "No you watch it," she smirks. I roll my eyes getting back up. We get a free kick from the place I was pushed. I let Carmen kick because she never really missed from a side kick. Like I said she never misses, she kicks and scores. "Yaya!" I yell giving her a high five as we run back to our side of the field to start with a kick off.

The game became intense the girl that "accidentally" pushed me kept trying to trip me. I fall to the ground and play it off. The coach was trying to pull me out but I insisted I play because it didn't hurt that much until she tripped me again and I twist my ankle. I fall to the ground holding my ankle in pain.
