The sunset wasn't like this one but it sure did remind her of it.
~Flashback~
Stephanie had just turned 4 that day was spent on the rides at the Santa Monica peer, Stephanie loved every single ride and on the big and scary ones her father would hold her in his arms or hold onto her hand.
Her mother and father were the perfect couple, holding hands, kisses on the cheek and lots of hugs. Stephanie had dreamed of having a relationship just like her parents.
Stephanie also remembered all the stuff animals her dad had won for her and her mother.
The sun was about to set when Stephanie and her father were sitting down by the shore on the sand. Stephanie's mother had left to find the restroom, her father was holding her tight against his side not letting her go.
Stephanie observed the sky with so much passion, she was curious to how the sky worked and change the way it did. Her father watched amazed as her eyes would turn from her dark shade of green to bright blue.
"Daddy, I want to go there" Stephanie told her father as she pointed to the biggest cloud in the fluorescent sky.
"You mean the clouds bunny" Stephanie nodded placing her head on the palm of her hands smiling.
"It's so beautiful dad. Why can I see it all day?"
"It's called a sunset bunny. This happens everyday but only once a day, you see just like everyone else the sun must sleep too. When the sun starts to feel sleepy it starts going down, the suns light starts to fade out and begins to be replaced by these beautiful colors until tomorrow" Stephanie listened closely to her fathers words.
"Can we watch it everyday daddy"
"We sure can bunny" Stephanie stood up and kissed her dads cheek finally watching the bright shy darken until the sun was completely gone.
~ End Of Flashback ~
Sighing Stephanie stood there until the sun was gone and the lights in LA turn on. She walked over to the couch, grabbing her guitar she begin playing a few notes without even noticing it.
"Hey Steph, um we need to practice" Demi entered the room holding the lyrics Stephanie had left earlier.
"Yeah. Did you find a melody for it yet?" Demi took a seat next to Stephanie before facing her.
"No. I thought we could find it together" Demi said. Both girls were close together so when Demi looked back their lips were only inches away. They stared into each other's eyes until Stephanie looked down at her guitar.
"Okay we have about an hour. Let's do this"

Back at the house the girls were having their own little pool party. Ashlyn was grilling burgers as Normani, Camila and Dinah were in the pool playing with Stephanie's little basketball and hoop.
Lauren was in the living room watching the L word when Melanie walked in with her guitar on her back. Lauren stood up and walked towards Melanie who simply walked upstairs to her room and before Lauren could reach the door Melanie locked it shut.
"Baby please. We need to talk" Lauren tried.
"Lauren I don't want to hear it. You shouldn't be here what if your management finds out. Just leave Lauren!" Melanie yelled as she opened the door.
"No I'm not leaving your my girlfriend! I-"
"No your wrong I'm not your girlfriend. I was but now I'm not. We broke up Lauren. Remember? Fifth harmony is on the line of getting drop just because you and Normani are gay"
