"What the hell just happend?" I said in astonishment
"Come with me" said Ethan
We dove a few minutes to this pub.
"Is it really a good time to go out for a drink?" I asked
Ethan had seemed to not hear or maybe he just ignored my questions. Either way, I left the situation at that. We walked to the bar and sat on the stools.
"What can I-...Ethan! What bring you here? Who's this fine lady?" He said excited.
"I need your help. The shifter got Nathan. I need to know how to track and beat this thing." Ethan said firmly
"Come with me." He responded. We walked to the back of the bar where there was a secret staircase. When we got to the bottom, there was a room full of witch stuff. Supernatural species, books, and potions. The bar tender took out a book and a knife.
"Ethan handed him his hand. "If you're scared of blood, turn around now missy." But his warming was too late. Blood poured from Ethan's palm. A second later, it was all healed.
"Am I going to be able to do that?" I asked.
"Sure." Said Ethan.
My mind went from magic to the moving blood on the map. The blood had moved around the map until it stopped at one point.
"I believe that's the abandoned amusement park on the far side of town." I said
"Thanks Ernie." Said Ethan while hurrying out the door.
"No problem brotha!" He yelled. "I'll see you again missy."
I quickly ran behind Ethan hoping to get out of the place. We both got into the car and drove off to the park.
By the time we got to the amusement park, it was dark.
"Are you sure we should do this now? In the dark." I asked
"I came this far. I'm not leaving until I find Nathan." Responded Ethan determined. "Let's go."
We walked through the tall creaking gates.
"All around the mulberry bush, the monkey chased the weasel. Ashes, ashes, the all. Fall. Down. Hahahahaha!" The creepy voice sang, and sang.
"STOP IT!" I screamed with tears on the verge of falling.
"Would you rather hear you beloved Nathan screaming the song then?"
"Wait." Said Ethan. "What do you want with my brother?"
Behind us the pirate ship ride has started swinging.
"Your faint scares aren't going to scare us. Give us Nathan." Said Ethan.
"Ok. On one condition: the key stays with me." Said the haunting voice.
"Never!" I told the voice.
"Why don't you come face to face and stop being a coward? Or is the little shifter scared of a few witches?" Bluffed Ethan.
"Boo." Whispered the voice in my ear. I felt the air wisp the tip of my ear and I quickly turn around. I had turned around and saw nothing. Then I felt two taps on my shoulder. I turned around again and I saw this terrible face. It was a girl with a burned face. Her hair was singed gray, burnt flesh, and pale white eyes.
"Hello darling." Said the shifter.
"Leave her alone. Anything you want to say, say to me." Said Ethan.
"Well, give me the girl and you can walk out of here with your brother." She offered
"No. How about you give me my brother and all three of us can leave together." He negotiated.
"If you won't give her up so easily, I'll just have to kill both of you wont I." With those words she vanished into smoke.
I hear snarls behind us. As we turn we see zombie like creatures running towards us....hungry.
