"No he's not." Robin eyed Barbara who was trying to contain herself.
"Before you left, Bruce made the adoption final. He never got the chance to tell you." Barbara answered looking in his eyes.
"Are you serious?" Robin asked softly glancing over at him.
"Yes. I'm serious. Now go." Barbara helped him up. "Can you walk?"
Robin nodded slowly got up. "What am I supposed to say? He'll never forgive me for what I've done."
"Yes he will. Besides it wasn't you, Slade was controlling you. Would he save you if he didn't care about you?" Barbara pushed him toward Bruce.
"Okay..." Robin nodded and walked over to a stool sitting by Bruce.
"You should be resting." Bruce didn't look at him. The long awaited conversation had arrived.
"I'm fine." Robin answered softly. "It wasn't me right? Slade was controlling me?"
"Yes. You weren't controlling your actions, Slade was." Bruce replied.
"But I let him. It's all my fault if only I had tried to resist a little harder..." Robin blamed himself.
"There's nothing you could done." Bruce turned to look at him, but Robin had his eyes glued to his feet.
"But I gave in! And I almost killed you! I'm sorry...I'm so so so sorry..." Robin's eyes watered slightly. It was all his fault...
"Robin." Bruce said making him to look at him. "It wasn't your fault. And even if it was, even if you crossed the line, I would forgive you no matter what."
"Really?"
"Really. Your my official son. I believe Barbara told you. There's is nothing you can do that I won't forgive." Bruce smiled as Robin peeled of his mask and rubbed his eyes slightly. "I only hope you can forgive me, for trying to take Robin from you."
"Apology accepted." Dick sat up and half smiled.
"Now go see your friends. I bet their eager to see you." Bruce patted him on the back.
Richard stood up, and leaned against the wall. His leg still hurt.
Robin slowly walked up the stairs to the guest rooms.
"He's still in shock." Batgirl watched Robin leave.
"Give him a few days. He's been through a lot." Bruce replied as Batgirl sat on the stool.
"I just hope he'll be okay." BatGirl sighed. They used to be close friends. But after Robin left...
"I'd better go." Batgirl stood up. "I'll see you tonight."
Bruce nodded and Batgirl paused for a moment thinking. When she broke out of it, she got on her Batcycle and left.
Robin pulled his mask back on and knocked on the door.
"Yeah?" A male voice Robin recognized easily asked.
"Can I come in?" Robin softly asked.
He didn't answer. The door swung open, and he was greeted with a smile that would rival the Joker's.
"Robin?" The younger teen asked hopefully.
"Hey." Robin was engulfed in by a hug that made him loose his breath.
"It's really you." BeastBoy smiled as he hugged Robin. Robin patted his back softly.
"Yeah." Robin smiled at his little brother.
BeastBoy let go. "Star is Two rooms down the hall to the right."
Robin nodded and headed down the hall.
Once Robin got to Starfire's room, he gulped and nervously knocked on her door.
"Yes?" Starfire asked sweetly.
"It's me." Robin smiled as the door whipped open and He was once again engulfed in a hug.
"Robin!" Starfire hugged Robin until her squeezing became unbearable.
"Star! Still injured...Oww..."
"Oh! I am the sorry." Starfire let go and sighed.
"No. I'm the one who should be sorry." Robin sighed deeply.
"For what?" Starfire asked gazing into his masked eyes.
"For letting all this happen. This was all my fault." Robin answered still believing he could of done something to prevent all this from happening.
"Robin?" Starfire took his hand in hers.
"Yes Starfire?" Robin replied looking at her.
"I don't care if you could of done something. What matters now, is that your back." Starfire smiled.
"Thanks Star." Robin smirked. "Come on, let's go meet the others."
Starfire nodded as they headed toward their teammates rooms. Robin soon gathered the Teen Titans.
"It's good to see ya on our side dude." Cyborg smiled.
"Yeah! We thought you were like, a bad guy and-"
"Were just glad your back." Raven interrupted BeastBoy.
"I owe my Thanks to you Raven. If it wasn't for you I'd still be under Slade's control." Robin saw smiles all around, even Raven had one.
"Hey Rob! Ya miss me?" Kid Flash zoomed to his side.
"Oh, hey KF." Robin acknowledged.
"So what now?" Cyborg spoke up.
"Batman said you all could stay here a few days until I recover. Then we can go home." Robin answered.
"Oh. Cool then." Cyborg shrugged noticing Robin was kinda out of it.
"You okay dude?" Cyborg asked with concern in his voice.
"I'm fine." Robin sighed. "I'm just tired."
"Okay...you go rest dude." Cyborg slightly smiled.
Robin nodded and left the room.
"That was the biggest lie I ever heard." Kid Flash crossed his arms.
"What do you mean?" BeastBoy asked tilting his head slightly.
"Rob's not fine. He just lied." KF explained.
"He did seem a little out of it." Cyborg mentioned as he glanced at Raven.
"His emotions are higher than ever. He's doing a really good job keeping them in." Raven's eyebrows furrowed.
"He's been though a lot, he'll be fine in few days probably." Cyborg heard the door slam from across the hall. What was going on in Robin's head?
