"GiGi, I gotta go eat. I'll talk to you tomorrow." I told her. She gave me a simple ok and hung up.

"She rejected you?!" Jarvis asked, his eyes still glued on tv while we played Madden and talked.
"She fucking went beast mode on me. She just lost her shit. I never knew she had that kind of anger in her." I was still shocked about this shit.
"Well, you know what they say, 'People brings out the worst in you.'" He quoted, which was true. I guessed I must've done that.
I made a touchdown in the game and started dancing.
"Man sitcho' happy go lucky ass down." Jarvis mad ass said. I laughed at him before sitting back down in the beanbag chair and slowly sinking in.
"But are you gonna give up?"
"Hell no. I'm going to the state finals with y'all. I'ma do whatever it takes to get her to go to prom with me."

It was finally Friday and I was so excited. All day today Odell has been bothering me. And I don't mean bother as in tease, I mean being annoying. He keeps begging me to go to prom with him but I say no.
It was lunch time and I stood in line talking to GiGi.
"Odell still being aggravating?" She asked with a little chuckle.
I nodded with an eye roll. "He just won't give up. It's annoying me GiGi."
She just laughed. The line shorten and we were inside the lunchroom. We took a tray and grabbed our choice of food. I chose a slice of pizza, some corn, and an apple. Once I finished, I pushed the number key buttons to put my lunch pin. When the lunch lady approved, I walked off to sit where GiGi and I usually sit. As soon as I sat down Odell sat in front of me.
Oh my fucking gosh. Can he just leave me alone?
I pretended I didn't see him and bit into my pizza. I knew he staring at me intensely and it made me feel so uncomfortable.
"Yvonnie, I know you see me." He said. I looked at him and exhaled.
"What...do you want Odell?" I questioned him calmly, putting down my pizza.
"Your number."
"No." He kissed his teeth at my stubbornness.
"Why not Yvonnie?"
"Cause I said no." Giana came over and sat next to me. She looked at Odell up and down in disgust.
"Man alright." He left, leaving me and GiGi alone. About time.
I looked over at GiGi and she just laughed at him. I shook my head and picked up my pizza to eat.

"I'm sorry Mr.Beckham but I can't give out that type of information." Mr.Edwards said in a sorry tone.
I was sitting in his office, trying to get Yvonnie's phone number. This was my only hope left.
"Please Mr.Edwards. Yvonnie's being to stubborn to give me her number. How am I suppose to give her the best prom night if she doesn't even give me her number?" I argued.
Mr.Edwards went into deep thoughts. He let out a sigh and rolled in front of his computer. "Don't tell anyone how you got her number. Not even her." He said sternly.
I nodded with a smile. "I gotchu' Mr.Edwards."
He pulled up her information and turned his computer screen to me. I got out my phone and saved her number.
