Chapter 22

Ethan laughs darkly and I snatch my hand back eager to get away from his touch.

"Alyssa, can I borrow Grace for a couple of minutes?" He asks, his eyes raking over me twinkling with amusement.

Please say no, please say no.

"Oh," Alyssa looks between us "Sure."

She walks off in the direction that Brett took, but not before gently tugging on my shoulder and winking at me "Talk to him Grace, I'll be outside in the yard with Brett okay? Have a good time. Just call me if you can't find me."

I quietly nod my head, mentally cursing her for leaving me alone with this monster and cursing myself for not running after her. The minute Alyssa is out of sight, Ethan firmly takes my hand, dragging me through the crowd. My feet stumble over the legs and feet and bump into multiple bodies. I try to pull my hand back and escape. He instead clutches onto my hand harder.

"I would've never imagined you here Grace, especially looking like that." Ethan murmurs. "Tell me, since when do your clothes fit you so tightly?"

I try to ignore what he is saying. I'm more focused on getting out of his grip.

He leads me around the group of partiers. I continue fidgeting and pushing off his hands as I try to get away. Ethan lets out a low huff and pushes me up against the wall of the staircase, stepping forward as I step back into the small corner. The air around me gets stuffy and my heart speeds up. I can't take the fact that he's so close next to me. I just want him away.

"Huh?" He asks again, his voice more low. "Answer me."

Instead of backing up he puts one hand up against the wall closing me into the corner. He places his other hand on my hip, tracing the material of my dress. I can smell the alcohol on him. Tears prick my eyes as he leans forward and presses his face into my neck at the same time he lowers his hand onto my thigh.

"W-What are you doing?" I gulped, rushing to try to pry him off of my body.

My hands move in every direction struggling to get him off. Thoughts race through my mind a million miles per second.

"Don't move." He breathes heavily, trailing his hand in between my thighs. "You smell so damn good." Ethan moans, pressing his nose against my neck. Tears fall onto my cheek as I try to remove his hands from getting any closer. He disgusted me. His touch felt nothing like Logan's, not even close. The want to throw up grew stronger as Ethan pressed harder into me.

"S-Stop." I stutter. "Don't touch-"

I'm cut off by the pain that surges through my skull as he tugs my hair back. He squeezes the skin on my upper thigh and trails his fingers further upwards.

"Stop!" I yell. "Y-You h-have a girlfriend! You h-have Aubrey! What- What about Aubrey?"

"Yeah but I've already fucked Aubrey. I wanna fuck you Grace." He slurs. "I'm sure you'll be better. Aubrey wasn't much of a screamer but you seem like one. I wanna hear you scream my name when I fuck you." He continues, His hands slithering off my legs and instead roughly grabbing my hips.

He pulls me up the stairs, dragging me and causing pain. I kick my feet, shouting for help but no hears over the sound of music blasting from every direction. I trip and tumble over my feet, not being able to control where I'm going.

"Please! Stop!" I cry out. This whole thing was a mistake. I should've known better than to come here with Alyssa.

I hold onto the staircase railing with my life not letting go. He leans forward prying off my fingers one by one. A headache pounds through my skull, as he continuously pulls my body. My legs start growing weak and my body starts to give up. Tears stream down my face like crazy at the feel of Ethan forcefully pushing me into a room. My back hits the floor and pain floods through my elbows as he locks the door, picks me up, and throws me onto the bed.
