Chapter 14

DarkMew122's POV

It has been nearly two years in almost completing the game. Warren had joined our guild and me and him were now a couple. But everything changed after a life threatening situation in Henir's Time and Space dungeon.

Flashback

I laid on the dungeon floor weakly seeing my life out of the game. My eyes looked as if they were already dead. Everyone was yelling my name but I slowly closed my eyes as my health slowly disappeared.

"MEW!!!!!" I heard them yell as they tried defending me while Troll began using potions to heal me.

That's when everything went black.

'Am...am I dead...' I thought as I floated in the darkness as a glowing form of my real self. 'Troll...Noxidus...Nite...Tactical...Warren...TJ.. Where are you..' I thought feeling myself getting weaker.

'Is this it... Is this where my life is going to end..' I thought. Least until I saw a bright light.

"Is that what you choose Hallie? If you go into the light you will not see your friends and loved ones again until it is their time. But if you go into the darkness and keep going you can see your friends and be among them once more. The choice is yours." A voice called. I thought about it for a moment and began moving towards the darkness. 'I'm coming guys!!!' I thought as I kept moving.

My health stopped right before it fully disappeared and soon my hand began twitching, my lungs began breathing once more. Troll sighed and kept healing me as much as he could. He looked at everyones health who surprisingly was still in the green, mid yellow-orange zone.

Flashback end

The last thing I had remembered was waking up at the guild with Warren holding my hand while asleep with his head on my stomach.

I smiled a little and saw everyone walk in. "Hey Mew, you doing alright?" Asked Troll. I nodded and smiled at them all. 'Am I really this weak to where I'm always almost getting killed..?' I though to myself. My new boyfriend Warren stayed close to me sleeping peacefully like a little sleeping puppy.

~Time Skip~

I was walking past everyone. Almost all of them were couples. They held hands, kissed, hugged each other close. I sighed and began singing softly.

Like a small boat.
On the ocean
Making big waves.
Into motion
Like how a single word

I might only have one match
But I can make an explosion

I was soon on a roof of a building looking down at all the couples as my voice grew louder.

And all those things I didn't say

I stopped and sat on the peak of a tall clock tower in town, sighing. Several tears had then rolled down both my cheeks thinking about all the memories me and Maux shared.
