My Mom Meets 5sos

So a while ago I decided to show my mom a picture of 5sos. The picture I showed her was above. This was her reaction.

Mom: This is 5sos?

Me: Yeah, that's them.

Mom: Why are there only four of them?

Me: Mom.....let's not even go there.

Mom: Alright.

Me: So what do you think of each of them?

Mom: *points to Mikey* He looks crazy.

Me: *gasps* Mom! That's my favorite!

Mom: Really? But he looks kind of psychopathic. And his hair is crazy.

Me: Well, he can be wild, but he isn't a Psychopath. And this is one of his calmer hair colors.

Mom: Really? Well, I'm kind of surprised he's your favorite. Why is he your favorite?

Me: Well, he's just really sweet and kind and adorable and kitten and I love him.

Mom: But he looks scary.

Me: He's the sweetest human being.

Mom: Whatever you say. *points to Calum* He looks mean and scary.

Me: That's Calum and he's literally a puppy.

Mom: He looks like a thug!

Me: He isn't a thug!

Mom: If you say so... *points to Ashton* Is he the youngest?

Me: No, he's the oldest.

Mom: Really? *points at Luke* He looks like the oldest.

Me: He's only 19.

Mom: Really! I would have thought he was at least 23.

Me: Don't remind me how old he looks. Now, who would you say is our favorite?

Mom: *points at Luke* Probably him. He seems like the nicest and most clean out of all of them. He's also the cutest.

Me: But....have you seen the rest of them?

Mom: The rest aren't very cute. I love his eyes.

Me: oh my god my mom is a 5sos Pony.

Now for a bonus round of my dad determining who from 5sos I'm allowed to date! I showed my dad the same picture.

Me: So, which one am I allowed to date.

Dad: *points at Mikey* Not him. He looks dangerous and his hair is way to crazy.

Me: Well there goes all my hopes and dreams.

Dad: *points at Calum* Not him either. He looks sketchy.

Me: *laughing* Wow, okay.

Dad: *points at Luke:* Not him either. I just don't like the way he looks.

Me: First time I've ever heard that.

Dad: *points at Ashton* I guess you could date him. What's his name?

Me: That's Ashton. Why can I date him?

Dad: he's the only one smiling and looks clean shaven. He looks like he knows how to take care of a girl.

Me: He's the oldest. He's 21.

Dad: Well it looks like you can't date any of them sorry.

Me: Wow okay rude.
