CAROLINE AND STEVE were constantly running towards danger. No matter where they headed, it seemed that trouble would always follow the couple. After the Battle of New York, both of them aim to finally aim to have a normal life, or attempt to, by heading to Washington D.C.
Calmness seem to radiate their new life in Washington, by enjoying the moments they had together because they knew that at any point it could be their last. Even without the Avengers or the threat of a mischievous god taking over the world, a new threat makes the two come out of their life of calamity and return to attack this new assailant. Natasha Romanoff tags along to help the two capture the new threat called The Winter Soldier.
But The Winter Soldier isn't the only unknown face to the SHIELD agents. This highly trained woman, unidentifiable to the trio, isn't deemed a threat but a guiding hand. And with The Winter Soldier on the rise, they're going to need all the help they could get.
This book is apart of my Anthem of the Angels Series, which is a bunch of my Marvel books interlocking or overlapping at times. It isn't necessary to read any of the other in the series, unless you want to understand more about the character brought up. But it won't hinder you from understand this book.
