Destiny's POV

I was pacing around the room impatiently, I groaned, looking at the clock.

Half hour left.......

'He'll be alright, stop worrying' Sean said, pushing me back down on the chair aught was next to him....

I sighed, putting my head in my hands 'I can't, I can't let something happen to him, I...I just can't'

Sean patted my back 'Do...Do you like him or anything??

I looked at him 'Of course I like Dan  he's a great guy' 

Sean shook his head 'No, I mean, do you like like him??....' He said, raising an eyebrow

My butterflies run in my stomach 'Umm I-' I was cut off by the nurse coming out of Dan's room.

I quickly got up, so did Sean.

'You can go and see him, if you want' the nurse said coming towards us.

I smiled 'thanks' and went inside Dan's room, Sean following behind me.

I looked over at Dan, he was lying there, fuck, he was using his phone with his non-injured arm, it was like he felt nothing and everything was fine.

'Dan!!!!' I said, going towards him.

He looked at me and smirked 'I told you I'm fine' 

I rolled my eyes 'Don't use your phone' I said

'Yes mom' he replied, but kept using his phone, I groaned and sat down bedside him, Sean doing the same with the other seat. He looked at me, like he was expecting an answer from his previous question.

I just turned my head and looked over at Dan.

'You feeling better??' Sean asked Dan

Dan nodded 'Yep, did ya call Ryan and told him everything??' Dan asked Sean questionly.

Sean shook his head 'Nah, I'll call him later..' 

'Umm, Dez you're coming with us right??' Dan asked looking at my direction......

I looked at him , shaking my head 'Zane won't let me, he never will, its also time for me to go, I think this is..it's our last time for seeing each other' is said the last line softy, felling hurt inside, that maybe it really is the LAST time I'm gonna see Sean and......Dan.

I tear slipped from my eye 'Hey, shh, it's not the last time, you'll see us again' Dan said rubbing away the tear and looking at me with lovable eyes.

Sean rubbed my back 'You'll see him again' he winked, making me blush like nuts.

Dan looked at us curiously 'What's this about??' 

'Nothing' I said quickly, making Sean laugh 'Oh it's nothing alright' 

I punched him on the arm 'Shut up' but I was still blushing...arghh, damn me

He laughed 'I'll tell ya later' he said smirking, looking at Dan than me.

I looked at him narrowing my eyes 'Well I better be going, Zane'll kill me' 

'No, Dez come on, leave him' Dan said to me, about to get up when Sean pushed him back down.

'I really wish I could be with you, but you just saw what happened, I'm sorry Dan.....' I said squeezing his hand. I felt watery tears in my eyes, that were begging to come out, but I wasn't letting them.

Both, Dan and Sean looked at me.

'Destiny!!!' We heard Kyle enter Dan's hospital room. I look at him.

'We have to go, Boss's gonna be home, you don't wanna get in trouble, do you??' He asked raising an eyebrow 

I shook my head slowly, looking down feeling myself about to throw up 'Bye....' I said not daring  myself to look at Sean or Dan..........Dan, I'll miss him.

I got out of the room, not before hearing Dan whisper 'Bye'

'I'm so sorry, it had to be like that' Kyle said, while driving back to Zane's place.

'It's not your fault' I said softly, looking out the window.....

Why did I felt so sad when I left Dan?? Why??

I shook my head, getting out of that thought, I knew I'd never find the answer, maybe....maybe I'll never see him....ever again.

I sobbed on my hands, Kyle parked the car and rubbed my back 'Let's go in' he said while he got out and helped me get out.

We went to the house and opened the door to be seen Luke.

He looked at me worriedly, than took a sigh of relief 'Where were you Dez???' 

'I'm sorry, I...I was finding Zane, I'm so sorry' I said, making my voice loud, but couldn't because of my sore throat from crying.

'I'll get you some water' Luke said, while Kyle went to the chain room, where his duty is.

'Here' Luke gave me the water, while I sat down and pour the water down my sore throat, coughing.

'I'm going to bed' I said, walking upstairs to my and Zane's room.

'You're not gonna go out again, are you??' He asked looking worried. I shook my head.

The door opened, regaling a tried looking Zane. I looked at him, when our eyes locked, I turned away, not looking at him.

'Dez' he called out, but I refused to look at him.

I heard him sigh and went to the washroom.

He came back awhile later, he claimed to the bed beside me, who was still turned to the other side not looking at him.

His hands went around my waist, my back hitting his chest 'Why angry, cupcake??' He whispered in my ear.

I shivered 'You almost killed him' I hissed.

Zane turned me around so that I was looking at him 'Didn't i fucking told you jog to talk about him and I don't care if that fuckers dead or not' he said back at me with angry looking eyes.

I looked down, tears falling again. 

'Des, I...I'm sorry' he said, while rubbing my back. I put my head on his chest and fell asleep.
