It was 2 weeks away from Amy's due date and her and Rory were sat down having dinner, Elsa upstairs asleep.
"Hey, umm, there's something I need to talk to you about" Rory looked at Amy who slowly looked up from her dinner.
"Is it a bad thing?"
"Well, it kinda depends on which way you look at it". He put his knife and fork down, "Amy, my boss has asked me to work full time".
"Are you serious, what did you say?" She put her knife and fork down as well.
"I said I needed a couple of days to think about it".
"Well, Rory, you have to say no".
"Why do I have to say no? This could be a really big opportunity for me"
"I know and I get that, but I need you here, we have Elsa to look after and Finn is also due really soon, I barely see you enough as it is, please Rory, you have to say no".
"That's a fair point, I get it, tomorrow I'll go and say no" he leaned in and kissed her, "I love you Amy".
She kissed him back before pulling away suddenly, "oh my god".
"You okay? What's wrong".
She looked up at him, "my water just broke".
