"I'm so sorry, y'all." I chuckled. "You guys didn't need to hear that."
"I wouldn't be surprised, mom, if we get there and Uncle Nick is gone." Michael said, making everyone laugh.
"There are one hundred ways to kill a Nick. One hundred killing ways." I sung, and everyone's laughter increased.
"Babe, you're the one who needs to chill out." Zak laughed.
"No I do not. I'm perfectly fine." I smiled innocently as I turned on the radio. A hip-hop song came on and the kids began to rap along to it, which made me chuckle.
Zak shook his head. "How can you guys pick up on what he's saying?"
"Because we're not old like you or mom." Taylor joked, making Miya and Michael laugh hysterically and making Zak and I look at each other in shock.
I purse my lips to stop myself from saying something very vulgar. "I forgot you were my daughter for a second there."
Everyone continued laughing, including Zak. When we were almost to the office building I pulled out my phone to call Nick.
"Are you calling to cuss me out again and give me another excuse as to why you are late or calling because you're here?" Nick said, making me roll my eyes.
"No, Nicholas. We are pulling up now."
"I see. Zak just loves showing off that Hummer, doesn't he?"
Zak leaned forward to my phone and shouted, "I sure do!"
Nick laughed before saying, "Let's get going, guys. Please don't get lost. If you do, just call me."
"Will do. Bye!" I hung up and put my phone back in my purse. "I hope y'all used the bathroom before we left home. We're not stopping unless it's an emergency."
The kids all groaned simultaneously. "What if we get hungry?" Miya asked.
"I brought a bag of chips and water bottles for everyone. You can eat that or starve."
"You guys have to give your mom credit for bringing food." Zak said, glancing at them from the rear view mirror. "I wasn't stopping to get food until we got to the house."
"I guess so." Miya mumbled.
"Mom is always prepared." I smiled, flipping my invisible hair back.
*3 hours later*
"Michael I promise you if you let out another fart in the truck again I'm kicking you off a cliff." Zak warned him as he closed the door of the truck.
"How many times am I going to tell you it was an accident?!" He fired back. "If you drove slowly over the bumps we've encountered then maybe I wouldn't of let one out!"
I interrupted their little argument. "Boys, knock it off. Can we just take a moment and appreciate the aesthetics of this beautiful house and beach?"
"To be honest!" Miya gasped. "Look at this place! It's beautiful!"
"I can't wait to see the inside of it." Taylor grinned as she observed the house. Nick came over and lazily placed his arm on her shoulder. "We will soon once Aaron catches up."
Zak rolled his eyes. "He would be the slowest one."
As if on cue, Aaron pulled into the driveway, giving us an apologetic smile. He parked the car and got out. "Sorry, guys!" Aaron shouted in a goofy way as he held his son, Quincy, out of the truck. "Quincy had to use the bathroom. It was an emergency."
"I guess you get a pass on that." Nick said. "Alright, guys! It's time for the grand tour! Follow me!"
Everyone began to follow him into the house. We walked into the foyer and I gasped. "This is amazing. The staircase is huge!"
"Speaking of the stairs," Nick said. "Instead of taking them, we have an elevator."
"A what?!" We all gasped.
Nick chuckled as he led us to the elevator. Inside of it was ocean-themed that made it feel like you were in the ocean. "This is amazing." Billy gasped, looking around the elevator. "The fishes actually look real."
"Don't they?" Nick smiled. "Come on so I can show you all the rest of the house."
It took us about fifteen minutes to finish the tour, which were the best fifteen minutes of my life. There are seven bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a roof deck, game room, theater room, and a library. There were no other words to describe the house besides beautiful, inside and out.
Once we finished the tour we went back into the foyer. "Now onto the rooms-" Before Nick could finish, all of the kids scattered. Half of them were bumping into each other to get up the stairs and the other half fighting to go into the elevator. Letting out a sigh, Jordan spoke, "I just need a drink before they come back down."
Jesyca, surprisingly, pulled out a bottle of pink lemonade and a bottle of Smirnoff from her tote bag. We looked at her surprised as she looked back at us confused. "What? You didn't think I was going to leave home without alcohol, did you?"
Jordan was mesmerized at the drinks she was holding and began fake crying. "Thank you! Thank you so much!" We all laughed before going into the kitchen to pour our drinks.
"I wanted to make a toast." Nick said before putting down the bottle of vodka. I smiled and raised my glass. "What for, Nick?"
"A toast for our first GAC family vacation!"
"Yes, b*tches! LA 2013!" Jesyca shouted in excitement as we toasted.
"Jess, we are not in college." Brooke chortled. "Calm down."
"Sorry. I had a flashback. I think this vacation is needed for all of us."
"Most definitely." I agreed before taking a sip of my drink. "We should come for the holidays."
"That is a great idea." Nick smiled. "What do you guys think?"
"I'm down." Zak spoke. "And for New Years'."
"How are we gonna get the presents down here?" Aaron asked before taking a sip of his drink as well.
"We'll figure something out." Nick replied. "Do you think the kids would want to spend Christmas here?"
"Oh I'm sure they would want to." I said. "I can tell they love it here, hence the pandemonium that just happened."
Nick chuckled. "Yeah-" We heard something crash from upstairs, making us groan and sigh. "Why did you break the vase, you twat?!" We heard Isabelle scream.
"I didn't do it!" Robert, Brooke and Nick's son, fired back. "You did it!"
"Your dad is gonna kill you both!" Taylor gasped. Brooke handed Jesyca her glass. "Just give me one straight shot so I'll have the strength to beat their a*ses."
I love this chapter so much lol. I had so much fun writing it! To anyone who is reading my other story, The Unplanned Pregnancy, it's gonna take me a while to start on it. I might start on it after Christmas I'm not sure. Other than that, I hope you guys liked this chapter and please vomment. Thank you and Happy Holidays! :D
P.s. I wanted to make a little list of which child/children belong to the rest of the family and their ages, just in case you forgot. I did write their names and stuff in the other book but I'm gonna write it anyways to refresh your memory. I'll even put Zak and Key's children as well. :)
