Booth arrived a few minutes later, Finn was already calling with Bones and the others and Jake was looking at our victim. I was waiting for him at the door, or at least where the door used to be. Booth quickly walked to me. Are you really okay? "I am fine Booth... we were out of the restaurant when the bomb exploded." You are bleeding... I frowned and touched my left temple. I looked at my fingers, they were covered in blood. "I fell on the street because of the impact of the explosion, I probably hit my head." I thought you said you were all right... "My god Booth, people died in there and you are worried about me while I only hit my head." I know... I am sorry. Do we have any survivors? "Five people survived... but 2 are barely alive." How many people were in the restaurant? "I don't know... we have to save the camera footage then." I hope they aren't destroyed... this is going to be a long day. I sighed. "And I thought this would be a day off..." I muttered softly. "But the worst part is... we can't do much until the victims are all identified." That is why we are here... Bones stood behind us suddenly. Booth smiled at her, even I gave her a light smile. She walked in with Hodgins and Camille then Booth turned to me. I want you to go home with Jake, Finn and Michelle. Make sure you come home safely, tomorrow we will start the investigation. I wanted to protest but then I saw Finn and Michelle. Michelle was shivering and tears poured down her face. Finn tried to calm her but it was no use, even he looked startled by this whole happening. Jake looked at me from the other side of the room, I had to remember that even though three of us were familiar with death this was from a whole new category, we could have been dead too if that bomb went off just one minute earlier. I nodded at Jake, mentioning to get out and he nodded back, then I turned to Booth. "I want every information you find today in an e-mail tonight and no buts... I do what you say if you do the same with me..." He nodded too. All right, I promise. Jake lead me outside to Finn and Michelle. "Shall we go to my house?" Michelle wanted to agree but Finn shook his head. You will go home, somewhere familiar... I am sorry Nora but I think that is for the best. I nodded, Finn was right. Michelle was clearly in shock and she needed something familiar, even though it was only her room. We walked our way to Finn's car, the agents let us pass quickly, some of them were nodding at me. The citizens were held away, the whole street was blocked. That was for the best, the panic was bad enough already. When we reached the car I let Finn promise to look after her very carefully and with Jake I looked after them. Who could have done something like this? All those people in the restaurant... "A sick mind... but I don't know who." We walked to Jake's car and the rest of the drive was in silent. I could see that he was somewhere else with his mind, and so was mine. All those people... I think there certainly were like 40 people inside the restaurant while we left and only five survived. I just grabbed my phone when Booth texted me. CHECK THE NEWS! No please, not already. I opened the news app and read, then my eyes widened. Nora? What is it? "Someone claimed the attack..." Who? ISIS? Al Qaida? I shook my head. "No... God's senses..." WHAT? But we got the leader right? How could they? "No, we got the leader from the New York part... the big leader is still hidden. And because of our little attack on one of the secret bases..." they return fire... I nodded softly. "Looks like it..." We arrived back home and walked up quickly. "Tomorrow I go to Jordan... maybe he knows more about it." You know that he is in jail and that you probably can't talk in private there. "We have no other place to talk right? He is in jail for another few months and I think we have to take this very seriously. They said they wanted to do this every week..." I don't think that they can manage that, especially when they claimed the attacks. "But no one knows who is a member of God's senses... It could be your father, mother, nephew or grandfather... and then we have the other victim, we don't even know who that is yet." Nora... for tonight you have to calm down. Booth promised you to give you the information when necessary. I don't want you to freak out, what happened today is terrible but tomorrow we will start worrying okay? I sighed and opened the door to the apartment. "It isn't something I can deny Jake... Especially now God's senses is involved in this." What do you want to do about it then? Jake's eyes looked at me and I sighed again. He was right, we couldn't do a thing. "All right mom, I will stop talking about it..." good. Jake walked to the kitchen and got some wine for me and a beer for him. "You know I don't prefer alcohol." Although I took the glass from him. I think you need one. He looked totally serious. It isn't normal Nora... most people would have been in shock after what happened. And you are standing here like nothing happened. I raised my eyebrows at him. "I don't see you in shock either..." But then I looked somewhat better and I saw his hand trembling, his eyes were darker than normal. "Oh Jake... I didn't mean to... I didn't even see it." I pushed him softly on the couch and sat next to him. I was so stupid... Michelle wasn't the only one in shock, I was such a bad girlfriend. Nora... Nora! Don't blame yourself. You are not the only one who can hide a lot from people. "But I should have noticed..." Jake pulled me against him and kissed my forehead. Let's not talk or think about it okay? "Then learn me how to forget..." Oh I think I can help you with that... He chuckled and pushed me back on the couch. I giggled and laid my arms around his neck, pulling him even closer. The kiss he gave me was long and deep and I completely lost myself. No sleep tonight? I looked at him with a bright blush and a smile. "What? Are you tired?" I have never been more awake than now... He stroke my hair then he stood up and picked me up bridal style. Now I will help you not to think... I giggled more and he carried me into the bedroom, keeping his promise... I didn't think the whole night
