"Really?"

"Yeah, but enough about me what about you?  Do you fancy anyone" Melanie's cheek turned into a shade of pink and red. "I'll take that as a yes" she nervously laughed looking around she saw someone then quickly dropped her head down. I looked around not really seeing anyone, I turned back to Melanie. "Are they here?" She nodded shyly but did not look up. "Do I know them?" She shrugged her shoulders. "Can I know their name?" She shook her head.

"I don't know their name" she whispered.

"Well is it a he or a she?" Melanie met my glaze and answered "she" I nodded with a smile.

"Okay now what does she look like?" Melanie thought for a moment but before she could answer my mother came over with Hayley.

"My baby girl! Look at you all grown up. Stephanie! When did you died your hair!?" Hayley giggled now hugging me from behind.

"A while back mother"

"Don't you sass me young lady!" She then hit me with the bag of marshmallows on my stomach. Hayley felt me slightly jump back and started rubbing my stomach.

"I'm sorry mother"

"That's right. Now let's get this cooking for your beautiful girlfriend" Hayley smiled bright, we watched my mother and everyone get a seat and sit around the bonfire, except Melanie.

"Hey what's wrong?" I asked her. She pointed to the last seat available which happened to be between Lauren and I. "Oh don't worry Lauren is super cool" Melanie then blushed again. "Oh! Lauren's the girl!" I yelled but Melanie covered my mouth on time.

"Yeah, she is."

"Aww that's adorable. She's single you know."

"I don't but thank you"

"I can help if you like?" Melanie nodded shyly.

"Thanks steph"

"No problem Mel" I linked her arm with mine and walked over to the fire.

Lauren had moved her seat a bit closer to Melanie's and that made her nervous but I told her to stay calm. Lauren even started talking to her about her tattoos and music taste they were hitting it off. I even saw Lauren side her phone to Melanie so Melanie could put her number in. I smirked and turned to Hayley who was having another conversation with my mother about God knows what.

"Hey Steph sing us a little something!" Tony yelled over the talking. Everyone stopped and agreed. I was even handed my guitar, I took it and strummed it a bit.

"What should I play?" I asked looking around. I saw Copeland up and on her mothers lap excited.

Time shakes, found you at the water
At first you were my father, now I love you like a brother
Earthquakes shake the dust behind you
This world at times will blind you
Still I know I'll see you there

Come a little closer, then you'll see
Come on, come on, come on
Things aren't always what they seem to be
Come on, come on, come on
Do you understand the things that you've been seeing
Come on, come on, come on
Do you understand the things that you've been dreaming
Come a little closer, then you'll see

Isabel started off which everyone started off singing along and just like that each of them started singing off a part of a song which I would play on guitar and everyone would sing along too.

What do you mean? Oh, oh
When you nod your head yes
But you wanna say no
What do you mean? Hey-ey
When you don't want me to move
But you tell me to go
What do you mean?
Oh, what do you mean?
Said you're running out of time, what do you mean?
Oh, oh, oh, what do you mean?
Better make up your mind
What do you mean?
Copeland sang, the girls stood up yelling along and clapping.
