You were (YT/N), a YouTuber like The Anime Man, but you talk about more fandoms than just anime and manga. You and Joey were a lot of fans' OTP, but you shrugged it off. You were a fan of him, yes, but you two never talked. Heck, you've never even met!

You wake up to a private message on Twitter. You unlock your phone and read a message that makes you squeal.

Hi, it's Joey, The Anime Man. I am a big fan of your work, and I was wondering if you would want to battle me in Pokémon X & Y for YouTube with Voice Chat. PM me back with your answer (YT/N)

You were way excited to meet him. He didn't know that you lived is Australia as well, so you reply.

Well, I live in Australia as well, so maybe you and I can meet each other face-to-face. What do you think?

His reply came fast.

Joey: Cool. How about that coffee shop on 15th street at two? In Sydney?

You: Yeah, sure. See you soon!

You closed the app and get ready for your coffee meeting with Joey.

You arrive at the shop at 1:55. You were excited to meet him. As you stand in line, you hear some girls squealing.

"It's The Anime Man! Joey-Senpai!" One said in a high-pitched voice.

Jeez. Why didn't he disguise himself better? You think as he walks into the shop.

"So, the infamous (YT/N), pleasure to meet you!" He said to you.

"Cut the formality. Call me (Y/N)!" You answered. He laughed at the comment.

"Touché. I'll stop being so formal, if I can buy you coffee."

You smirked. "Alright. So, what's your favorite Pokémon game?"

"Ah, I like X and Y, but the others are great as well. Yours?"

"X and Y, I love how you can customize your character. It's awesome."

You heard those girls squeal even louder.

"Eek! My OTP is Canon!" One of them, a blonde girl with grey eyes, walked towards you two. "Hi! I'm Jordyn! Can I get a picture with you guys?" She asked.

"Do you want to? Coffee can wait." You said to the Japanese Otaku.

"Okay, I will." He answered.

You two posed for the selfie with Jordyn, Joey doing his signature sign-off, and you doing yours.

"Thanks. Now can I get a picture of just you two?" She asked. You two accepted.

You posed for that picture, and you kissed his cheek playfully as you heard the snap of the camera.

She ran off, showing her friends the pictures.

"What was that for?" He asked you.

"Easy. She wanted her OTP can-" You were cut off by him kissing you on the lips.

"So, coffee?"
