Chapter 41- Lynn Haven and First Day Back

"Come on. Tell us about your break." Elise said when we were on the bus.

We told them everything about our trip.

"Wow! How was the clothes?" Tehya Dickerson asked.

"Teyha, you, Siekra, and Sierra would die because of how amazing it was." I told her. She smiled widely.

We talked for a few more minutes until everyone went into their own little bubble as we drove over the lake.

I was sitting next to Jari in the front of the bus across from Isis and Elise and in front of Juno. I was listening to some beats Juno made for some songs when Prince texted me.

[Have fun on your field trip! Pass it on to the girls & Alexa! -Prince]

I tapped Juno and Jari. Jari tapped Isis for me and Isis tapped Alexa who was sitting behind her.

"Prince said have fun on the trip." I whispered. They smiled.

"Tell him we said thank you." Jari told me. I nodded and texted him back.

[Nothin talkin to you, missin you wyd -Prince]

[Sittin in the bus lookin at nothin but this huge ass lake -Princess]

I sighed and leaned back. I stared at the water as I thought about Unique Royalty and different things.

[What if we did a cover of Single Ladies?? -Princess]

I sent the message to Jari, Brittany, Isis, and Juno.

Isis looked over at Jari and I and rolled her eyes. We laughed.

We laughed and went back to what we were doing. After a quick nap, we made it to Lynn Haven. A lot girls had already switched from their tennis shoes to their sandals and sunglasses in their faces. We all listened to one of the workers go over the rules then we got to change into our swim suits.

"Why you gotta wear the same thing, Isis?" I asked as Isis, Jari, Juno, Alexa, Vickie, and I walked out of the girls' changing room. Isis had on the same one piece swim suit as Juno and I, except her's was a hot pink and ours was a turquoise blue.
