Wet,
Heavy tears,
Dripped down my face,
The salty taste,
Went in my mouth,
My red lips,
Were completely,
Covered,
With my pale hands,
In shock,
In horror,
And terror.
I was scared.
Why?
Why did you have to leave me?
Leaving me alone,
All alone,
With nothing but the world with me,
My shoulders sagged,
And my legs fell,
Weakly,
My arms,
Made my way,
Toward my face,
And I brung my my hands to my hair,
And pulled,
I screamed,
A scream full of pain and emotion.
I bit my lips,
Even though a sharp pain followed.
My thin fingers,
Wiped my eyes,
My mind,
Tried to tell me this was a dream.
A nightmare.
I forced myself to belive.
I wanted to escape.
Escape from you.
Who brings me pain,
From my friends,
Who were mere backstabbing fiends.
My parents,
Who constantly burdened me.
The world,
Where, you, my knight in shining armor, with your white horse, escaped and left, me the pitiful princess.
Black lines made it's way down my cheek.
And a drip of blood trickled down my lips.
My fingers released it's grip on my hair.
And hugged my knees.
What was the use?
Of the heels I prepared for you.
Made splinters on my feet.
Gave me bruised knees.
The dress I wore for you,
Which I bought with all my money,
Made me shiver,
This cake I made for you,
Was shattered and broken,
Like my pained heart.
What can I do?!
I tried.
I tried to make you happy.
But,
All I ever wanted,
To hear,
Was three simple words.
