Jaebum - Status: It's Complicated

It's around ten in the morning and technically you're awake for hours already. You wasn't able to fall asleep and you kept your phone tugging closely at you, waiting for your his mails. You even waited all day long but he hasn't sent you a single mail nor called you. So you simply brushed it off, thinking he needed some space, probably.

At mid-afternoon, you went at your favorite coffee shop to cool off your head but you were jolted when someone had greeted you from afar, it was Alexis.

"Hey, Y/n right?" She smiled and gave you a cup of chocolate frappe. "Here, it will be my treat."

Why would she do that? It's not that you're very close nor you talk with each other. Not even once in your whole life.

You awkwardly forced a smile whether you should accept her offer or not as suspicion and something weightier than distrust rolled off of you in waves.

"Hey, I didn't mix some s.hit in there." Alexis chuckled. "It's hundred and one percent guarantee safe to drink or do you want to take another order? It's literally fine."

"N-no, it's alright, thanks." You replied, wishing you could've jump on your seat and leave.

"Alone, huh? Where's your boyfriend? Jaebum, was it?" D.amn, is she trying to pissed me off? "Got into a fight?" She said, asking questions at a time and she's getting annoying. "Oops, sorry. So, did you two already slept together?"

What the fuck is she saying out of the blue?

"Oh, wait? Don't tell me you're still a virgin? Oh my god. That is so unusual of Jaebum, mm? He must have treated you so special." She added sarcastically and suddenly snapped her fingers in the air. "Let me give you some advice."

You can't stand her blabbering so you stood immediately on your seat. But she kept on insisting.

"Wait, let me finished first." Alexis pulled a smirked, leaning her face closer to you and spoke in a whisper. "You know, Jaebum like the sound of his name moaning from your mouth, out loud. Bathroom was his favorite spot. Ah, he was gentle at that time, the kiss, his touch that could mentally drive you crazyㅡ"

You cut her off, raising your voice at her but you wished you could've slap or spill the coffee to her face. "Stop! I've heard enough. F.uck off, will you?" And everyone turned their attention at your table. "Ah, I think I know why Jaebum broke up with you. You're nothing but a complete attention-whore. How many guys did you do? Three, five? The thing you're wearing, it's not pleasing in the eyes anymore. Do you think that would've earn you some respect? And I'm so glad that Jaebum didn't have to suffer along with your mere idiocy." You saw Alexis clenching her teeth, embarassed. "One more thing, kindly fixed that attitude of yours and stop meddling with other people's business. It's so damn irritating."

You stormed out of the coffee shop and you f.ucking hate her now. D.amn, you were such an idiot, you should've avoided her instead earlier. But contented enough to slapped those words right through her face. She deserved it.

Suddenly, the thunder roared and the rain starts to freaking pouring hard. S.hit! But you kept running down on the streets, soaking wet like some d.amn actress on a movie as tears were already flooding down on your cheeks.

Jaebum, you jerk, I hate you.

Your vision started to blur because of the droplets dripping all over the place and you tripped yourself over with some rock or some shit you failed to notice.

C.rap!

You tried to get up, quickly but the cold somehow cause to weakened your body. Your eyes stung from the salt of your tears and the water that continued to hit them. You tried to wiped your face and the nextㅡyou heard a car honking it's horn, repeatedly.

Someone came down from the vehicle and stopped in front of you. Who is that d.amn retard?

You were embarrassed and in the pain but all you could see were his feet.

"Y/n, are you nuts? What are you doing soaking wet in the rain? You could've gotten yourself sick, babe." A familiar voice said. "Come, let's get in the car."

You slowly lifted your gaze and squinted your eyes to see.

"J-jaebum?" You stuttered as he pulled you up yet, you pushed him away, "N-no, stay away from me."

"What's wrong Y/n? Are we still fighting over that s.hit? I thought we've already dropped that issue?"

"Drop that issue?" You growled. "You never told me you f.ucking slept with that woman. You're the worst." You knew it was all in the past but it pained, your feelings, somehow.

You heard Jaebum's footsteps approaching you. You waited for him to curse you or worse but instead, you felt his warmth securing around you.

"I'm sorry, I never meant to keep it from you. It's just that, I didn't have the courage to tell you." Jaebum placed your head on his chest, brushing your wet hair lightly. "I love you Y/n." And he brought his face closer to you and planted a soft kiss on your lips. "I told you I'd make you happy, I told you just lean on me. All you have to do is tell me that you need me, want me and love me. Baby, please."

You nod at him, looking at him with your red puffy eyes.

"From now on. My eyes, my nose, my lips, to my heart and soul. My everything belongs to you and only you alone, Y/n."
