“Sure” I said with a forced smile, it is not like I didn’t want to talk to my sister it just that I hadn’t seen her in almost three years and I also wanted to spend time with Sam, after all she is my mate. Sam squeezed my hand reassuringly, I looked back at her where she was stood slightly behind me, “Go on” she said softly so only I could hear, Emma smile grew when I took a step towards her.

I didn’t want to let go of Sams hand but I had to, I watched her walk off, as I turned to my sister, putting my hands in my pockets raising my eyebrow at her. “So....” I said trying to pull whatever she wanted to say, out of her after a few moments of awkward silence, “Well I just wanted to say well....ummm....sorry for the way I acted when I you know.....left” she said left in a small voice looking at the floor, I did look the other way up into the darkening sky, I hadn’t realised how long the fight had gone on for we had fought all night and most of the day, a lot had happen in twenty four hours, I had my Sam back, I had found out heartless Erik, had a mate, I had forgiven that mate, Alex for hurting my angel, and sort of befriended him, I had joined a different pack were my mate was alpha, and now I had my sister which I hadn’t seen in three years stood in front of me apologising for what? Leaving? shouting? I didn’t know but when I looked back down at her she was looking at me with the same shade eyes as mine.

I nodded slowly, and a small smile appeared on her lips, “Do you forgive me?” she asked her hopefulness showing through, “Yeah I suppose” I could feel the spot in the back of my head which meant that Sam was with me actually watching through my eyes, ‘Hey beautiful, having fun’ her amazing laugh came washing through the bond making me feel warm and loved, I lost focus on what Emma was saying so when she asked “So you want to?” my eyes must have gone wide, but then Sam saved me ‘She asked if you wanted to officially  meet Gabe, listen’ I could tell she was smirking, I chuckled, but then pulled my full attention back to Emma in front of me “Sure I want to talk to him about mate things”

I stood with Matt and Sarah as Jackson and Emma, talked I hadn’t marked her yet so I couldn’t go in to her mind like I knew Sam had I knew because Jackson was beaming, and had sparkle in his eye which I had so far only seen when Sam was around him, Emma must have been talking about me because she turned slightly round too and smiled. Jackson said something, as the sparkle vanished from his eyes, Sam was gone we were on our own, I supposed if we need to carm him down we could always use the mind link to call her.

Before I registered what happened, they were almost over to us “Good Luck man” said Matt smirking taking my sister’s hand and pulling her away she smiled still hobbling with her broken leg, since she didn’t have werewolf healing like us guys or Sam so it takes longer for her to heal unlike Sam who took less than a day, but the wound in her side will take at least a couple of days to heal and will scar just like, Erik’s crawl and teeth marks have on her chest and thigh. I turned my attention away of thoughts of human and werewolves, since that wasn’t going to help me in the meeting my soon alpha mate of the pack and my mates older brother at the same time situation which was happening right in front of me. “Jay this my mate Gabe, and umm...Gabe you know who Jackson is” he held out his hand and I shook it, even though I was slightly older than him and beta I was defiantly intimated I had seen Jackson in the fight, pure power and muscle he had almost taken Erik down one handed if Alex hadn’t intervene I won’t admit it untill Alex changes him but I am grateful that Jackson didn’t kill my only brother, yeah he’s a son of a bitch, wait no! my mum’s not a bitch forget that I know he’s a dick head, but he’s still my brother and I know the reason he didn’t like mates and I think that is the reason he became even worse than he was before, “Well umm....Gabe you look after my little sister yeah” he said half glaring at me daring me to say something wrong, but I looked at a smiling Emma and got lost in her amazing eyes “I will always look after her” I was genially surprised my voice didn’t go all dream “Fine, but if you hurt her know I am always watching you” I gulped loud enough that I am sure that both of them heard it “noted.” He nodded and turned walk the direction Sam had gone, I guess he was finding her.
