I don’t know how long I stood there looking between, David’s sad eyes and Erik’s angry ones, but it must have been at least more than a couple of minutes because there had been the awkward silence then the murmuring had started when I hadn’t spoken straight away, once or twice I glanced at Sam’s confused eyes and Nathan’s concerned ones, I already thought of Sam as one of my friends even though we had only said around twenty words to each other, and I had almost killed her and caused her great pain, but still it as if we were meant to be friends as if the wolf sprits made it happen or it was written in the stars millions of years ago, and Nathan I thought as a big brother, who is always there to protect and tease you, I felt like I was meant to be Nathan’s brother as if I truly was and my family never was mine just pretending in till the time was right for me to come here, but neither could help me I apparently couldn’t even help myself. When I eventually found my voice for it only to say “Well......Umm.....I.I.I.I..” Great Alex, your amazing that is all you can come up with, there is a very angry Alpha who is growing in patient who is also your mate and you come up with well....ummmm...i.i.i. why don’t you just started randomly dancing and do the awkward turtle that would be much less embarrassing.

The whole room was still waiting and staring at me and my brain just came up with nothing, gobbleygoop or how hot Erik looked when he was angry which would be complete inappropriate and stupid to say in this situation, as my brain gave up on finding something to say, my mind started to focus completely towards Erik's sexy body, his feet shoulder width a part, his legs strong and muscular, his fists clenched on the table making his veins become heighted on the backs of his strong big hands, his arms strong and his jaw clenched, eyes clued angrily on me not my eyes more my forehead or maybe even over my head at the wall, my brain then decided it would be a good idea to turn round and see what was on the wall which was so interesting but I made my body resist the really weird idea. I closed my eyes taking deep breaths and as soon as my eyes shut my brain started to work again, coming up with an answer “I want to....” as soon as I started talking the room which had been full of mini convocations while I had tried to get my impossible brain working, but now it was silent not a sound I don’t think anyone was even breathing, good my life had really become a Hollywood drama“...To join Pack Sam”

Gasps circled round the room, I heard and felt Erik’s fist hit the table, and his snarl of frustration, I guess they lose me want me plan was working go me, “Ummm.....ok I was going to join the half moon London Pack again but I guess I could stay a Alpha if my pack wanted to stay apart of course.” I heard Sam say in obvious over innocent tone, I could feel through the bond of wolf and Alpha that she loved the idea of staying Alpha, and I am sure half the wolves and even the humans in the room didn’t need the bond to figure out Sam was thrilled about being Alpha and wanted to stay Alpha as long as strictly possible in other words as long as she lived “Fine have him, see how I care, were leaving” I felt more then heard Erik’s voice it sent shivers down my back with the anger in it but also made me even more turned on then looking at him had done because the more angry her got the deeper and louder it got making it much much much sexier, but before I could try and drown out the feeling that was screaming at me to get on my knees and beg for him to take me back into his pack, there was around ten chairs which were scrapped back, and I heard pounding footsteps and then a door slammed, then it was reopen once again as I guess the rest of the North Pack filed out after their Alpha like lost puppies, “You can look now, they’re gone” said Nathan in a teasing tone probably knowing the reason I shut my eyes to being with, I had fight off a blush as I took a second to try and cool myself down, chanting ‘he has gone’ over and over in my head.
