Before I could stop myself I leapt and reached out but I had miscalculated how far out my hat was thrown, one of the hooks on my belt got stuck on the railings of the boat and I started to lose my balance, I felt myself going over board and there was nothing I could do to stop it. In what seemed like a second I felt myself falling, heading back first into the sea. All I could see above me was the blue sky covered in white clouds, it seemed like forever before I felt myself crash into the sea. The initial sharp cold impact knocked me senseless and took the breath out of me. I saw the boat get further and further away as I felt the chill of the water engulf me and I started sinking deeper and deeper. I loved water and the feeling of being in it, but this was not a place I wanted to be. I tried holding my breath but I had none to hold, before I could close my mouth what felt like gallons of water rushed into my mouth and filled my throat. I stated to feel a massive pressure in my head and my lungs felt like they were on fire. My throat was so full that I started to choke. Deeper and deeper I sank and the worst it got. I felt my body shutting down and the tips of my fingers and toes went from having a tingling sensation to feeling like I was being pricked by a hundred shape needles. Everything started getting blurry and I felt myself start to pass out and give in to the darkness, just as everything was about to go black something amazing happened I saw a bright white beam of light come to me and i felt it pass right through me. When that happened I quickly caught my breath, what followed was what seemed like thousands of beams coming from the same unknown location started passing through me making me feel better and better. I started to breathe like I was out on a crisp clean spring morning walk, My sight became so sharp and precise that I could see through the water clear as day and the movement of fish and other sea animals miles and miles away. I felt the same effect on my other senses as well. The beams of light started spinning around me, faster and faster till it formed a solid circle of white light around me. With the enhancement of my eyes I could see through the light and I noticed that the circle started to move at lightning speed deeper into the sea. A feeling of serenity filled me even though my destination was unknown.
