Chapter 18 Party Animal

"we are going to Taylor Hanks party!
"no no no no no! I am not going to some lame party!" I exclaim
"pretty pretty pleaseeeeee with a cherry on top!" Hanna begs
"what else do you have to do? it will be so much fun!" Hanna excites with puppy eyes, quivering her lip
"erm...no"
"please I'll do your hair and- and your makeup, I'll help you pick out your outfit!" she begs more
"you can even bring Toby!" she says trying not to smirk probably because she doesn't want to irritate me even more then she already has.

I think about it for a moment
"hm" "fine I guess I'll go. even though I really do not want to!"
"yay! I knew you'd come around!"
"so when is this thing?" I say with a shrug following
"oh tonight."

Hanna walks in my room
"okay I just called Toby and he said he'd loved to and he'd meet us there!"
"Okay so..."
"This?" I say holding up a cute floral dress
"or..."
"This?" I say again holding up a simple white dress with a thick brown leather belt over it
"mm neither." Hanna says
"what else am I supposed to wear!?"
"how about... this" Hanna says walking to the closet then pulling out a tight navy blue dress that hugs my waist
"um yeah no."
"why not?"
"because it's a party not a Lady gaga concert."
"spence you have to lighten up! this is hot and you need to get loose sometimes, besides Toby will sure like you in this." she says slightly mumbling the last part
I roll my eyes and grab it from her hands
"fine."
Hanna smiles and claps

an hour later...
I'm wearing that navy blue dress that goes just above my knees hugging my waist tightly with my hair curled cascading down my shoulders, and light makeup
I'm not loving this outfit but like Hanna said its good right?
Hanna is wearing a more flowey dress with high heels and lip gloss, mascara and little bit of a winged eye liner, her hair also curled.

"okay we look hot!" Hanna excites smiling broadly
Hanna hooks arms with me and we walk out of my room
this is going to be a long night...

when we get there it's already packed and Hanna quickly runs to Caleb, Aria is talking
to Andrew Campbell looking bored as ever,
and Emily is laughing with Paige and Eliza Paseo.
"hey you." I hear someone say behind me

Toby's POV:
when Spencer turns around I almost fall, she looks- woah
she gives me a kind smile
"hey tobes"
"you look... g-great"
"thanks" she says and blushes
Aria comes over and grabs Spencer's arm
Spencer come here Hanna wants you!
"oh okay I'll be right back Toby"
"okay..."

20 minutes later...
"hey Toby!" Caleb says as he pats my shoulder
"hey Caleb."
"did you have any of this punch? its so good!"" Caleb excites as he hands me a cup
"is there alcohol in this?" I say with a chuckle
"yeah little bit."
"okay..." I say wondering if I should have some
"ah what the heck" I say before I take a gulp of the punch.

Spencer's POV:

"hey Spence."
I turn around to see Toby with his blue eyes beaming
"hey tobes."
"may I have this dance?" he said holding out his hand
"gladly"
I smile and take his hand

he spins me so my back is to him and we sway to the soft music
our hands are together and he runs them down my sides placing his hands at my waist
he looks at me contently and then my neck
he moves my hair out of the way and gently kisses my neck sending chills down my spine.
"your beautiful." he breaths
I look at him are eyes locked
he spins me again so we are in front of each other and he dips me
"so beautiful."
he leans in and gently places his lips on me
he pulls me up and we continue to kiss.
we pull away simultaneously after what seems like hours.
