Chapter 8

Kakashi's pov.

Kat was sitting in my living room in her pj's and i was hiding in the bathroom afraid of what was going to happen next. i had finished my shower not that long ago and was changed but i didn't want to leave to see Kat's shocked face or anything. i take a deep breath before walking out and into the living room to see Kat's eyes closed and her laying down on the couch. i sigh a little before walking over to her and picking her up to carry her to my bed. "you could have left me there." Kat mumbles in a sleepy tone as she snuggles into my chest. i chuckle a little before laying her down on the bed and pulling the blanket around her. "you didn't look conferable there. now go back to sleep." i say before laying down next to her. she sighs a little before her breathing becomes even and light. i wrap my arms around her waist before falling asleep myself.

when i get up Kat was still asleep but she was using me as her pillow. i blush a little and if she was to wake up right now she would see it because i hadn't put my mask back on after i got out of the shower. i was about to move Kat so i could get out of bed but she wrapped her arms around my waist and rubbed her check against my chest. i sigh a little before putting my arm around her and close my eyes just enjoying the feeling. after a few minutes i open my eyes to look down at her again and run my fingers throw her hair. i loved how soft if felt and the way the light was shining off of it. there was a bang on my door and i sigh as i gently move Kat off me before pulling on my mask and a shirt. when i open the door there was Guy who looked like he was ready for a fight. "what do you want Guy?" i ask in a some what sleep tone making him take a few steps back.  'please just go away.' i think as he looks around a little nerves now. "i wanted to know if you would like to have a fight. i also wanted to talk to you about that blond girl that looks like the nine tails." Guy says. my eye widens in surprise. "why do you want to talk about Kat?" i ask as i close the door a little bit more.

"can i come in and we can talk?" Guy asks. i sigh before shaking my head no. "my house is still a mess after my mission. maybe we could meet up for tea to talk." i say before rubbing the back of my head. "i just wanted to know a little about her. she is kind of hot and i was thinking about asking her out." Guy says before striking a pose. i sigh a little before looking away from him. "i don't think you are her type Guy. now i need to get ready i have to meet my team in a hour." i say. he nods before running off and i sigh before closing the door. i lean against it before taking a deep breath and walking into my bedroom. Kat was still asleep and i give a small chuckle  as i lean over her to wake her up. "Kat you need to get up. we have to meet my team in a hour." i say before shaking her a little. her eyes open and she looks confused for a few minutes before giving me a smile. "morning, Kakashi." she says before her hand shoots up and over her mouth. i chuckle a little before pulling her up from my bed. we head to the kitchen and she helps me make breakfast before we eat. when we were done Kat grabs her bag before looking at me. "you can change in the bathroom or in my room. were ever you feel more comfortable with." i say. she blushes a little before walking over to me and placing a kiss on my check. "I'm going to change in your bathroom so you can get ready in your room. thanks for offering." she says before walking to the bathroom and i head to my room to change.

Kat's pov.

once i was changes i turn on the water in Kakashi's bathroom before getting my hair wet and went to brush it only to relies that Naruto hadn't packed it or any of my hair ties. i sigh before letting my wet hair drip onto my back before putting my bag over my right shoulder. i walk out to see Kakashi who looked a little confused by my wet hair. "Kat why is your hair wet?" Kakashi asks as he walks over to me. i sigh before putting a hand up so it hit his chest to stop him from getting any closer to me. "i was going to put my hair up but Naruto didn't put a brush or my hair ties in my bag. i guess i need to go home before i do anything else." i say before running a hand throw my wet hair. 'maybe it would get all wavy if i keep doing this.' i think as i walk to the door with Kakashi right behind me. "then let's go so you can get ready." Kakashi says before grabbing my hand. we leave and head to Naruto's house but no one notices that Kakashi was holding my hand. once we get there i open the door and Kakashi follows me into the house. "you can sit on the couch until i'm ready to go if you want or you can leave." i say before i start to Naruto's bedroom.
