this book is a work of FICTION. my characters are deeply flawed, and you may not like every choice they make. it isn't that Ophelia is innocent, but more so naive. she's lived a sheltered life and strives to see the best in people.
Ezra is... deranged lmao. really the only way to put it. once we dig into his backstory, you'll start to see how he unravels.
i want to say i don't glorify toxic relationships, but i enjoy writing them.
this is a third person story because i think it helps the flow of a book and gives details you don't get in first person — so if that's not your preferred narrative just stop right here.
i'm by no means a professional writer, i'm just a dental assistant who's always had a passion for reading and writing so please have some grace. <3
there will be smut, however this is a slow burn. the buildup makes it so much better.
updates are random right now, as i'm sure many of you know it's quite hard to write a book. i experience writers block like every other creative mind out there but i promise i'm determined to finish this novel.
i'm hoping for forty-five or fiftyish chapters.
