Willow Kesiena Brown doesn't have her life mapped out yet, but she's sure of one thing: she's going to finish med school, and it won't break her. But when an unlikely night of drinking leads to waking up beside biotech guru and basketball player, Matthias Grey. Her best friend's teammate.
Willow's carefully structured world begins to unravel. Expecting the unexpected, Willow suddenly finds Matthias wanting inclusion in not only the life of his child but in her life, least she forgets her African heritage, and the terrifying prospect of hiding it all from her parents.
But when tragedy strikes and circumstances spiral far beyond her control, Willow and Matthias are forced to confront a reality where their feelings are the least of their worries. Can they learn to pull through together, or will the pressure tear them apart?
Okay peeps I guess this is a tidbit of how the story would unfold but I'll introduce myself brief I'm Mary, a dental student who loves books and who wouldn't always be online anywho here is my story about my sweet Wills and Mat.
P.s: religious themes would be heavily mentioned, the language is mature, no spice at but all the steam, mentions of partying, on page loss, mention of mental health issues, any other thing not mentioned would be signified at the beginning of every chapter. Willow the FMC can be impulsive sometimes and Mat may be nonchalant but I promise he really isn't.
