Chapter 1: Failed

(A/N: Yes, I am back. A few complications delayed me, including watching my brother-in-law's orchestra collaborate with Vera Blue, whom I believe should be in line to do a Bond film theme song, but I'm just going to focus on this instead. Who do you think the hooded Coven members are BTW?)

In Ninjago, a news report was about to start. "Today's news, tomorrow's history." Dan Vaapit's voice was heard as the Ninjago City News has just started. Dan was sitting at the desk. "Good morning, I am Dan Vaapit with our top story for today. It has been several days since the disappearance of Teal Ninja, Gewuji Sanders, following her brother Yellow Ninja, Geoff Hall-Sanders, and her fellow Ninja, have fallen victim on the day of Silver Ninja, Blake Borg, and Samurai O, Cirrus Cloud's wedding to Rhett Zam Dab, an evil mastermind, who has eluded multiple arrests for unknown reasons, believed to have been involved in a break-in at the Ninjago Museum of History. Some believe that the Teal Ninja has gone on a search for the anarchist, others believe she has become a coward and went into hiding, and the rest believe she has gone off in search of a way to revive the fallen Ninja. We take you live to Vinny Folson, who is outside Ninjago City Hospital, filling in for Gayle Gossip."

At Ninjago City Hospital, Vinny was feeling nervous as he looked at the crowd outside the hospital, who were still attempting to get in and see the comatose Ninja. "Vinny, we're on." The relief cameraman whispered to Vinny, who immediately turned to face the camera.

"This is Vinny Folson, briefly taking over for Gayle Gossip, live outside Ninjago City Hospital." He said. "As you can see behind me, Dan, fans are still attempting to get in the hospital to see their beloved Ninja, who are still unresponsive as of this moment. Many fans even camped out to await the news, even during yesterday's rain, while multiple arrests have unfortunately been made due to some of the fans breaking and entering, and assaulting some hospital guards during their attempt to get in."

At the newsroom, Dan was listening to Vinny's report. "Was there any comment from any of the Ninja's families?"

Back outside the hospital, Vinny was still facing the camera, wriggling the fingers on his mike. "Unfortunately, there has been no official comment as of this moment, Dan, but we hope to hear something from them soon."

Back at the newsroom, Dan faces the camera. "Stay tuned for more news about the Ninja in the next coming hours. Meanwhile, in other news..."

Out on the streets, civilians were busy doing their routines or regular things as Wilhelm stops Antonia, who was not wearing her helmet, to confiscate her bike, and she walks away, annoyed. Suddenly, a portal appears in the sky, causing them all to look up and see someone fall out of it landing on the road, causing upcoming cars to completely stop, some crashing into others. The person that fell from the portal was Gewuji, who stands up, and looks at the portal before it disappears. "There goes the only hope for the Ninja." She said as she got off the road, ignoring the shocked civilians and drivers, who were about to get out to complain, but some of the civilians stop them.

As she kept walking, she passes by a familiar man and his son, who was looking at his phone. The man soon recognised her, and turned to his son. "Look, son, the Teal Ninja's right there!" He said, pointing out to her.

"Where?" The boy asked as he looked away from his phone to turn around so he can see where his father was pointing, only to find that Gewuji was no longer there as she turned around a corner. "Yeah right, dad." He sarcastically spoke as he turns his attention back to his phone. "Stop trying to be funny." He continues walking before his father joins him, frowning.
