A Sinner

Look around you, can’t you see,

That life is an illusion,

Nothing is ever free.

Seasons are always changing,

For nothing ever last,

Even your body, your beauty,

Will be a thing of the past.

So here is my offer,

It’s simple you see,

Let’s slow down the process,

Give your soul to me.

It’s easy as pie,

Just drop what you’re doing,

And simply follow me,

If you so please.

You have to admit,

It doesn’t take much,

Just your little ole soul,

A modest fee,

Don't you agree,

Such a small price to pay,

To find the paradise you seek.

Such a good lass,

Now close your eyes,

Let go,

Jump in,

Welcome your darkness,

Embrace your sin,

Let it take over,

Feel it’s hold,

Stop fidgeting,

Don’t fight,

Just do as your told.

Ha, here’s another,

A sinner of vanity,

Now who will be the next victim,

I lure through deception,

A sinner or greed or gluttony,

To add to my collection.
