The soft morning sunlight slowly slipped through the white curtains of the large bedroom, landing gently on Min Y/N's face.

A small groan left her lips as she turned around in bed, pulling the blanket closer to herself before finally opening her eyes. For a few seconds, she just stared at the ceiling quietly, letting herself wake up slowly.

Then suddenly

Her eyes widened.

"Oh my god..."

She quickly sat up and grabbed her phone from the bedside table.

"9:12?!" she gasped. "I'm gonna be late!"

Y/N immediately rushed out of bed, almost tripping over her fluffy slippers. Her messy hair bounced everywhere while she ran into the bathroom.

Hi, my name is Min Y/N.
I'm 23 years old, and apparently... I'm terrible at waking up early.

People usually think my life is perfect because my father owns one of the biggest companies in Korea, maybe even the world. But honestly? My parents never raised me to care about money or fame.

They raised me with love.

And maybe that's why they mean everything to me.

After washing her face and brushing her teeth, Y/N quickly tied her hair into a loose ponytail before changing into a simple oversized hoodie and shorts.

Even looking completely casual, she still looked beautiful without trying.

A few minutes later, she walked downstairs while rubbing her sleepy eyes.

The delicious smell of pancakes, eggs, and fresh coffee instantly filled her nose.

Y/N smiled softly.

There they go again...

In the kitchen stood her parents together, cooking while laughing over something small.

Her mother was flipping pancakes while her father stood beside her pretending to "help," even though he was clearly stealing strawberries from the plate.

"Yah! Stop eating them!" her mother complained while lightly hitting his arm.

"I'm quality checking," her father defended dramatically.

Y/N laughed quietly at the scene.

Even with chefs and workers all around the mansion, her mother still loved cooking herself, especially for Y/N.

And honestly?

Y/N loved her mother's food more than any five-star restaurant in the world.

Her parents finally noticed her standing there.

Their faces immediately softened.

"Good morning, sweetheart," her mother said warmly.

Her father opened his arms dramatically. "Good morning, princess."

Y/N giggled before walking toward them.

"Morning, mom. Morning, dad."

Her mother gently fixed Y/N's messy hair. "You slept late again, didn't you?"

"...Maybe."

Her father chuckled. "Exactly like your mother."

"I heard that," her mother narrowed her eyes.

Y/N laughed while sitting down at the dining table.

Moments like this were her favorite.

Simple. Warm. Peaceful.
